"If you are staying in Chengdu, stay here. The view from our room was literally breathtaking both day and night, and the location is amazing for going anywhere. We found it very easy to go to Taikoo Li and the surrounding area which has lots of restaurants and shops. The room itself was gorgeous, super clean and has a large bath facing over the view which was very relaxing at night. The hosts were welcoming and attentive, and the man we met to take us up to the room spoke perfect English. Communication was easy and we had no issues with our stay. Could not recommend more !!!!"

"I initially thought the room might be a bit dark and hesitated about staying, but to my surprise, the actual lighting was very sophisticated. It was incredibly quiet, the service was exceptional, and the location was excellent. The food was fantastic, and for someone who loves to sleep in, having breakfast delivered at noon was an absolute godsend! Plus, there's an art museum and People's Park right nearby. I've stayed in many great hotels in various cities, but this is the first time I've ever felt compelled to write a review. Highly recommend!"

Both the hotel and Cindy deserve high praise! I will definitely stay at Kapok Hotel again."

The room was spotlessly clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. A special shout-out to Cora, our concierge, whose service was incredibly thoughtful and warm. They even offer late-night snacks, and breakfast runs until 1 PM, which is such a nice touch. My entire stay was fantastic, full of great experiences, and it's definitely on my list for my next visit!"

Most importantly Tao Tao Ju restaurant is just 10 mins walk! The best food at a reasonable price. Attractions in downtown are in a walking distance. There are street food and authentic food along the street. You can take Didi around 40Y if you want to go to East suburban memory or Kuanzhai alley and taxi is easily to find. Hotel staff is friendly but translation app should be ready. Laundry is convenient and it’s not crowded when we were there. Room had slight smell when we arrived but after cleaning it was fine. The bed is really comfy. Highly recommend."

"I stayed one night after back from Siguniang trip and mostly recommended free laundry on 13th floor with all free cleaning stuffs and ironing. For my case, I asked front desk service to support during leaving to dinner around IFS area. After all cleaned up, staff notified me on WeChat promptly and keep in my room. That's really good service I recommend you guys for stay with comfy rooms and good service. They also provided welcome fruits and souvenir Panda hand fan. Nearby hotel also good location for grocery shops and Fast food restaurants."
