"Absolutely enjoyed 1day-1night layover at the hotel. I traveled with young kid so had to choose maximum convenience and proximity to airport. They offer free airport shuttle transfer which is great convenience. I don't speak Chinese but didn't have any problems communicating with hotel reception via chat, phone call or face to face. Room is exceptionally clean, spacious and newly renovated. Hotel lobby bright and comfortable war chilling/waiting. Especially I like coffee & tea station, very decent drinks. We were served with breakfast buffet. The variety is good and delicious. There is convenience store and couple of eateries withing short walk."

"This stay was a perfect 10, exceeding expectations in every way. The hotel facilities were new and complete, the appliances and bathroom fixtures were well-maintained, the mattress was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. Cleanliness was exceptional; the room was odorless and dust-free, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, the fixtures were shiny, the bedding was clean and fluffy, and the housekeeping was meticulous and attentive. Overall, the service was thoughtful and attentive, with quick responses to any needs. Special praise goes to Mona at the front desk! She was warm and gentle, and the check-in and check-out process was efficient and smooth, with a friendly and professional smile throughout, and attention to detail was particularly heartwarming. Excellent value for money, a top choice for travel accommodations, I will definitely stay here again, highly recommended!"

The location is also incredibly convenient; the high-speed rail station and subway entrance are both nearby, and there's a Wanda Plaza close by too, making it super easy for both transport and shopping. The front desk staff were prompt, warm, polite, and professional. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, and the hardware facilities were excellent, with high-end amenities throughout. The mattress, in particular, was incredibly comfortable – I asked and found out it was a King Koil! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy a five-star experience."

Shuze Xiyue Hotel directly soldered "exceeding expectations" to death in the experience 💥 The room was clean to the obsessive-compulsive ecstasy, every corner was spotless, and the facilities were new to the like just opened the box. Sitting in the horizontal bathtub was simply a decompression artifact 🛁, and the bath was transparent; Fresh wind + oxygen system is too intimate, breathing is fresh, living a little not stuffy ～ Going out is the 4A level park, open the window is green, walking is super convenient! The breakfast is rich to pick the eye, hot dishes, desserts, coffee, nutrition and delicious ☕; The swimming pool on the first floor is clean enough to see the bottom of the pool, the water quality is online, and the swimming is super comfortable. The staff is enthusiastic and responsible throughout the whole process. There is a need for a second response, and the details are full! From location, facilities to service, every place is poking the heart, closing the eyes is absolutely no loss, has been recommended to all friends around, next time you come to live here!"
