9,7 (2,681 anmeldelse)

Mercure Xi'an International Airport T3 ★★★★

📍 Building 3, Qianhai Life Silk Road New City, No. 15 Yingbin Avenue, Weicheng District, Xianyang

"Extremely disappointing! This severely impacted my exam; avoid this hotel! I called the hotel multiple times before the exam, specifically requesting a quiet room for study. The front desk promised an upgrade, but upon arrival, they reneged and refused to acknowledge the issue. They only reluctantly changed rooms after I requested the recording. Before the room change, I repeatedly confirmed the room was quiet and received confirmation, only to be placed directly below a treadmill upstairs! There was a constant buzzing noise at 11 PM, people were running there as early as 6 AM, and the noise continued during my lunch break, making it impossible to rest and severely affecting my exam performance. Despite clearly stating my need for a quiet environment beforehand, I was treated so carelessly. The service was contradictory and inconsistent, completely disregarding the needs of test-takers. The experience was terrible. If you need a quiet environment, definitely do not choose this hotel!"
