"My 6D5N staying at this budget-friendly hotel was wonderful. The room was clean and equipped with a wide bathtub. Staff were kind and greeted me with a smile each time I encounter them. There was a direct bus from and to ICN Airport (it only costs KRW 17k per one-way trip). It takes 5 mins by bus to the subway which will take you virtually anywhere in Seoul. The area is full of good local restaurants many of which opens 24/7. If I had another chance to Korea before becoming a millionaire, I would definitely consider staying here again."

"I was very disappointed, first of all I asked for high floor room and off course got the 6 floor which is first floor of the rooms. When I got into my room I saw a black long hair on the toilet seat, which I didn’t expect to see in hotel by Marriott. The worst part was the elevators, they very slow and stop in floors just like that, and the most upsetting part was when I went up with my two suitcases and the doors was closing on me, when I asked from them to look at the cameras and fix the elevator they said everything was good and basically dismissed it. It happened to more people on the same elevator. Even when I put my big suitcase between the door it got closed in it. They changed my room to an higher floor but the room wasn’t very clean, hairs on bed."

"WWe chose this hotel for a quiet, relaxing stay and were impressed by its location in an upscale neighbourhood surrounded by lovely cafes and restaurants. Transport was easy—with the GTX-A line nearby, you’re in Seoul before you know it. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained, with several great dining options on-site. Unfortunately, the experience was affected by a significant issue. The air-conditioning didn’t work throughout our stay, and despite informing the front desk, we were advised to open the windows instead. With the low air quality, this quickly led to sinus congestion and hay fever for our family—definitely not ideal before a flight. On top of that, nearby construction made it hard to rest with the windows open, and our request for a room change was declined. Had this issue been handled better, it would have been a perfect stay. The location and amenities are excellent, but customer service and maintenance need improvement."

Hovedårsagen til at vælge dette hotel var, at det ligger tæt på Gimpo Lufthavn, og der er et outlet lige overfor, hvilket er super praktisk. Men morgenmadsbuffeten... den var virkelig ikke pengene værd! Den var så dårlig! Der var alt for få retter! Det var svært at finde noget velsmagende, men brød, æg og cornflakes var det bedste. Ikke nogen særlig morgenmad, og torskerognssuppen var helt udkogt... Til gengæld var den stegte kylling nede i restauranten super lækker! Kan klart anbefales! 👍"

De har en ubegrænset gratis flaske vand ned ad trappen. Den eneste del, jeg ikke er tilfreds med, er, at de ikke ændrede sengeblade, fordi jeg blev fundet flere kvinders lange hår i min seng. "It was truly a rollercoaster ride. First of all, the hotel's paint smell was absolutely overwhelming. I had booked two nights in advance through Ctrip… and regretted it as soon as I checked in. So I contacted Ctrip to cancel the booking and find another hotel… but they refused, citing a warning about the smell on their platform. In other words, since the hotel had already warned me, my booking meant I accepted it… The platform they mentioned was a Korean booking platform… How could I, a Chinese person, book through a Korean platform??? Because it was so late, with Ctrip's assistance, the hotel changed my room, and I could only manage one night. I opened the window wide and turned the air conditioning to maximum, but the pillows and blankets still smelled of formaldehyde. I barely made it to dawn… I absolutely refused to stay the next day, so I checked out in the morning and waited for Ctrip's final response. Whether they refunded me or not, I couldn't stay there anymore… Ctrip responded before 1 PM, offering a satisfactory solution. Suddenly, I felt like there were people in China too!! (The picture shows workers still working in the common areas.)"
