"Overall, everything was great. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very kind and friendly. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day. The hotel has coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as a microwave, which is very convenient . Bathroom amenities are provided. For toothbrushes and toothpaste, you can get them from the hotel’s vending machine, which is very convenient. Free WiFi I really loved this place and did not want to leave. If I have a chance in the future, I will definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Stayed here for 4 day 3 nights and it was one of our best stay in Seoul! Subway (myeongdong exit 4) is right in front of the building and many halal eateries and supermarket at this stretch of road. Daiso Myeongdong is also 5 mins away. Perfect spot for those who like shopping and can save lots of time in travelling! Apartment has essential things like induction cooker, washing machine, towels, kettle, toaster which was perfect to whip up meals for kids! Very convenient 👌 Downside was 1 one of the room has see through door which my kids slept in. But master bedroom is facing the myeongdong street. Since we close the blinds, it didnt bother us much. Overall ok for big families and need space for luggage."

"super convenient location as the train station is linked to the train station through the basement level of the building. and there is convenient store just beside the building as well. bus stop for airport limousine is also just a short 1-2mins walk away which was super helpful for us space is a bit tight if you choose to open up 3 or more mid sized check in luggage but there are quite a few open up cabinets for you to store your items so it wasn’t much of a problem for us. loved that there is a washing machine with in built dryer, we utilised it almost on a daily basis. but no washing detergent provided so do bring your own (in our case we bought laundry capsules from daiso, super affordable). and the drying function worked well too (but thicker fabrics like denim might have to add another round of drying cycle to make sure it’s actually dry) but wasn’t as issue as you can put full cycle including drying and head out for your day. room might be a bit dusty (you can see a bit of falling dust from the overhead lights) and toilet is a bit small but still decent. overall good stay and would revisit again"

"One of the dirtiest hotel I stayed in my life. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights despite housekeeping came daily but the cleanliness was not anywhere up to basic standard. We see hair everywhere on the floor and on table. The slippers did not cleaned up. Even they might thought we could reuse the slippers, but I think they should at least organize them. The stink was all over the sink in the toilet room. Not sure where the stink is from but it was there the entire stay. We complain to the hotel via whatsapp and they admitted it was definitely not up to standard. However, when I checked out the room, the front manager, whose name Joon was there and I told him again about the cleanliness. I was totally shocked by his response. He said housekeeping would only dump the trash and make up the bed and refill water for customers staying below 3 nights. Only 4 nights or above would get full cleaning. I think this is absolutely ridiculous. And I truly want a response from a senior level to acknowledge what he said. Regardless, will not stay there nor this chain anymore and 100% NOT recommended to anyone."

"Location of hotel is a 5 mins walk from the DDP station. Convenient to take bus to myeongdong as it’s only a few stops away and takes less than 15 minutes. However if going to take the line 2, will need to walk through line 5 to change so it can be a bit taxing at the end of the day as it’s a long walk with many stairs. There is an airport bus 6001 from incheon airport to beton hotel and from the bus stop near CJ company back to the airport. Advice is to be there at least 5-10 mins early before the scheduled time as there may be a short queue and prepare cash or have enough money in the tmoney card. The bus tends to be filled before even reaching Myeongdong and takes about 1.5 hours to the airport. Hotel room itself is comfortable for 2 medium luggage’s and bathroom is small. Make up room can be done daily but they only change the sheets after the 3rd day. Amenities, towels and water are replenished everyday. Overall it’s a decent location for the price if you want to save money as it’s not too far away from the shopping areas like myeongdong, seongsu, and Hongdae."

Værelset virkede "tomt" i et stykke tid, da værelset ikke lugtede friskt med en muggen duft. Personalet er professionelt, men det virker som om, at gæsteservicen er lidt usikker på hotellets omgivelser, da vi spurgte om vej. Og uanset om de er miljøvenlige, er min ydmyge mening, at et 5-stjernet hotel stadig bør tilbyde de grundlæggende toiletartikler. På vores anden nat kunne vi mærkeligt nok lugte cigaretrøg på vores værelse - jeg er ikke sikker på, om luftsystemet ikke er godt, eller om nogle gæster ryger på deres værelse."

"The room was spotless. Each bed had charging sockets, and the wardrobe, bed, and bathroom were all very thoughtfully designed. There's a communal dining area and a luggage storage room. "everything was good EXCEPT for the lift. it was so hard to get a lift during check in and check out. we waited for over 20mins just to get a lift during check out. if you don’t mind the waiting time for the lift, the location is pretty good. it’s like a 10-15 mins walk to myeongdong street and it’s also walkable to lotte department store. it also has an airport bus about 2 mins away. the walk towards myeongdong street also has the famous dumpling store."
