"The hotel and its staff are a credit to the service it delivers. Food was always of the highest standard which catered for all. The quality of drinks were again of a good standard with branded drinks served at all bars and table service. I was especially pleased to have a decent wine with dinner. The staff were always prepared to deliver the best quality of service. Rooms were again clean and well serviced on a daily basis. The quality of the facilities were of a v good standard and I am sure that the winter 26-27 refurbishment will rectify any minor faults. I would like to single out Andre who always made me and other guest smile. In sum a great holiday and will be returning in the late summer of 2027."

"Simpelthen fantastisk hotel Vi havde en fantastisk ophold på Aqua Atlantica Blue i Protaras.Vores svømmeværelse var fantastisk og gjorde ferie føler sig ekstra speciel.Maden var fantastisk i hele vores ophold, med masser af valg og fremragende kvalitet. Det, der virkelig stod ud, var personalet, der var utroligt opmærksom, venligt og altid villig til at hjælpe.Deres tjeneste fik os til at føle os virkelig velkommen fra start til slut. Overførslen fra lufthavnen var relativt hurtig, hvilket var en stor start på ferie.Hotellet er også bekvemt beliggende kun en 4-minute taxi eller en 6-minute busrejse fra hovedstregen, med busprisen kun €2. Generelt kunne vi ikke fejle vores oplevelse.Vi ville absolut anbefale dette hotel til enhver, der besøger området, og ville lykkeligt vende tilbage til os selv."

"We were very happy with the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms nice and clean. The breakfast was good but could be better, especially fresh fruit salad and more bread varieties would be good. We can only recommend the Evalena. Price/performance is right."

"The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and in a great location, with easy access to the beach and the promenade. Unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment. We booked an all-inclusive stay, but the lunch and dinner were not very good. The food was bland, lacked flavour, and it often felt like the same food was being served for lunch and then again for dinner, sometimes reheated. The breakfast and snack time were good, but because of the quality of the lunch and dinner, we ended up eating out every single day. When you pay a significant amount for an all-inclusive holiday, having to pay for dinner outside the hotel every day is far from ideal. Another issue was the power banks available in the lobby and by the pool. In my experience, these were essentially a scam. About a week after returning home, I was charged money from my card, and despite trying to contact the company responsible for the power banks, I have had no response. I find it very strange and disappointing that a hotel of this standard allows such an unreliable company to operate on its premises. That said, I want to give special recognition to George at the reception bar. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and service-minded throughout our stay. Five stars to him! Some of the staff serving breakfast and lunch were also excellent. Overall, the hotel itself is lovely and has a great location, but unfortunately, the food really let the experience down. I would not return unless the food improves. When paying this much for an all-inclusive holiday, having to eat dinner elsewhere every day is simply not acceptable."

"Been coming to the same hotel for 13 years, why change when you already revdive everything and more than you asked for. Stunning rooms, stunning views, stunning location, amd amazing staff. We always go for the suite self catering, as there's loads of cafes and bars literally on your doorsteps. But if you wish, like we do, we have a few meals on the balcony and watch the sun go down. Will never been able to say enough about this amazing hotel and staff. Thank you for all the years of lovely memories, and simply bei g able to relax by the pool. Special mention to Pizza Flozlx literally on the front porch area of the hotel, best pizzas and cocktails on thw strip. Again, great staff. Here now for 7 more days,and we'll be back again next year. Says it all."

"Great location, to the beach 2 minutes walk. Sandy beach. Close to shops. Hotel in the centre of Protaras. The atmosphere in the hotel is quiet. Light evening animations. Mainly bingo, karaoke and music quizzes. Rooms clean, nothing was missing. Towels, paper, cleaning products delivered on a regular basis. The food is delicious, the drinks are cool. Nice bartender Michalis."

"Lost for words describing this resort. We came back yesterday after spending a week with them and all I can say is they are the loveliest bunch of people ive come across, the bar man Mina! He is the best and will have you smiling all night and laughing, the entertainers are lovely too and they will come and have a chin wag with you when they are not on the stage doing some amazing dancing, singing and entertainment. The resort itself is lovely and the food is delicious and its somthings different everynight, I love the fact they have " safe foods " available everynight too such as chips and chicken nuggets, its a great idea as I know some children might only eat such foods. So points to st elias! The cocktails, wine and beers are all great too! But honestly a Big Big Big Thank you to Flouris, the assistance manager! Wow one of the most kindest and most helpful people ive ever met, he remembered us from last year and came over to say hello and just couldn't do enough for us, he is so lovely and felt like part of the family, Id book again just to see flouris again! We will definitely be coming back! I 1000% recommend this resort and I love the free shuttle which drives u to fig tree bay! Comes every hour and is so helpful. Get it booked, I promise you won't regret it and if you go, say Hi to Flouris he is very welcoming but not in your face, I just dont have enough words to describe how amazing he is! Thank you so much to everyone at Louis St Elias Resort!! ❤️❤️❤️"
