"We had a fabulous time at this hotel, the room was so nice cleaned every day, the food was so nice either eating in the main restaurant or at the pool bar, the different variety of food was so good, always lots to choose from, we couldn’t fault it, the entertainment in the evening was really good saw some very good acts that are well worth seeing, or you can stroll over the road to the other complex over looking the lake for a change of scenery, the drinks are very good we did all inclusive which was great for us, the pool area is very nice the hotel staff keep everything clean, only thing is you need to get up to make sure you get a sunbed in the morning but that’s usually the norm on a lot of holidays, we had a lovely holiday, and a BIG SHOUT OUT TO ROY, who is over the entertainment lots of different activities going on throughout the day he is such a lovely guy my husband did all the activities he really had a great time meeting lots of lovely people, Roy even came to find us to say goodbye when we was leaving which was really nice.thank you for a wonderful holiday xx"

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel well looked after throughout our stay. "Her er fantastisk!Jeg har selv bestilt et enkelt værelse og pakket to måltider.Der er følgende fordele til reference: 1.Geografisk overlegenhed, uden bilvenlig.I Alcudia er det nemt at komme tilbage til og tage hjem fra Palma Citys centrum, og bustransporten er direkte!Derudover er de strande, de ankommer til, også meget smukke frugthave. 2.Facilitet er godt og miljøet rent.Der er et bord, en lille køleskab.Sengelinned er den brede, ensbetydende med en enkelt personsenge i billedet, og sover uden forsigtighed!Soveværelset har forberedt en soveværelse.Stuen er smuk, der er dobbelt bord og garderobe.Der er smukke søer, swimmingpools og danseaktiviteter i barområdet om natten. Det var også godt for mig at spise middag alene på terrassen. Jeg har valgt at pakke morgenmad og middag, ikke at bruge noget at vælge; jeg går stadig ud for at spise frokost og leder efter smag.I billedet er der en buffet og morgenmad, jeg spiser. "A good hotel in a great location. The hotel is located by a lagoon with a sandy beach. But be prepared to pay 21 euros for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella per day. Plus 40 euros if you want to reserve specific sunbeds for yourself. Which is very important if you come in high season. A taxi from the airport to the hotel will cost ~90 euros one way. The food is tasty, but a bit monotonous. The emphasis is on local products and Spanish cuisine in general. In addition to the main restaurant, there are 4 other themed restaurants on the hotel grounds, which you need to book in advance. During our 8-day stay at the hotel, we only managed to get into 3 of them. Cava is served for breakfast :) The rooms are relatively fresh and clean, but there are not enough slippers, robes and toiletries. By the way, they offer to buy robes for 30 euros if you really need them :) Also, the water drains poorly in the shower, but this problem was immediately solved after our complaint. The animation team does a 5+ job. You will find entertainment for every taste throughout the day."

"Stayed at zafiro bahia in july with family - 2 children. it’s our 3rd time to stay at this location & we love it.. The rooms are spacious & clean we booked a pool view. there was a small kitchenette area - fold out sold bed which was very comfortable. A separate room with a double bed very comfortable. The food at this hotel is delicious there is so much to each something for everyone. The variety at the breakfast is fab & the smash burger bar was a hit for lunch. the location is right on the beach which is stunning. There is a supermarket right outside the hotel on the right.. there are not many shops close by the hotel which is fine with us.. Entertainment is excellent the team work so very hard to make you enjoy your holiday & to get the kids involved.. Shout out to Pepe who is great with everyone & works so hard at the pool to get everyone involved.. the night shows & quiz’s are very good the kids love them. The inflatable ball in the pool is the kids favourite they love it hours of fun.. there are plenty of life guards at this pool at all times. the reception staff are friendly & help with any requests.. I will be back very soon to stay here again.. we have stayed in many Zafiro hotels this is a favourite.."

"Just got back from a lovely week here. The hotel is set in a beautiful location. We stayed in a studio room 423 and were happily surprised to find we had a view of the sea. If you are self catering you need to request a kettle a reception and they do not do a toaster. The only down side to the room is that the kitchen sink is quite small.If you would like a key to the safe in your room, this is free, as long as you don't lose the key. Then it's €20. The cleaning team clean your room everyday if you like. The rooms are left spotless. You have a notice on your door that you can hang out to tell the cleaners whether you want your room cleaned or not that day. They also have free towels at reception that you can use around the pool and at the beach. The bus stop is just outside. 324 takes you to Alcudia on the bus stop nearest the hotel and on the bus stop opposite the hotel 324 takes you to Can Picafort. I recommend visiting both these places. Alcudia is quite busy,has a lot of restaurants,a lovely beach and beautiful port whereas Can Picafort is on the quieter side but still has alot of restaurants and a beautiful beach. Alternatively you could walk to both of these via the beach. North for Alcudia, South for Can Picafort. The bus is €3 and they only do single tickets. There are a wide variety of restaurants to choose nearby. If you are looking for cheaper options I recommend The Swan, Isabelas and Willy's. You have quite a few supermarkets on your doorstep which is handy for self catering or if you just want a few bits."

"Our package included two meals, breakfast and dinner, and the food was very plentiful, with something new every day. The environment was fantastic. The room had a balcony overlooking huge old pine trees—so quiet, I slept very well! There were plenty of lounge chairs by the pool, but we didn't use it. Everyone recommended swimming in the sea outside. The water was incredibly clear and crystal-clear. The water was very calm in the morning, perfect for swimming, and the sand was so fine it didn't hurt your feet at all. The hotel is a ten-minute walk from the city center, situated in a quiet, less crowded area, which I loved! After dinner, we strolled through the bustling city center to digest—so relaxing! 😌"

"Thought it was very expensive for our 6 night stay. Wish we would have stayed one night and checked it out first . The bed covers and pillow cases are awful rough and not comfy. It was more like a one star hostel to be honest . Shocking breakfast it was poor quality cold and hardly anything available to be honest it was more like a cheap kids picnic than a breakfast. The atmosphere is meant to be quiet and it was loud people singing screaming some nights meant to be peaceful and was not at all. The room I suppose was clean but did have many flies and ants so had to buy spray for that . Wouldn’t rate it a four star and wish we hadn’t stayed it wasn’t worth the money sadly . Wouldn’t say it was particularly a nice view to sit out either you can just see and hear everyone else along the row of rooms. Inside it’s just two single beds shoved together not much space more like an English budget travel lodge . The lad in reception did speak to us on arrival but other than that not really spoken to anyone I don’t think the staffs English was very good so maybe couldn’t speak to us much I’m not sure 🤔"

"Just back from a weeks holiday. Hotel was in a great location 10 minutes walk to Playa De Muro beach. Great local bus services up on the main strip. Being an adults only hotel the atmosphere is quiet. The night time entertainment could have been better. We spoke to some people who left the hotel at night to go the local bars. The rooms were very clean and towels were changed every day. Great food selection from the buffet meals but don't expect it to be warm. Every meal we had was lukewarm. The sun beds were uncomfortable and you had to put your towels down early as the get taken up by 930. There are signs saying poolside staff will take them away after an hour but that doesn't happen."
