I am very pleased with my stay at the hotel. Very friendly, professional, smiling staff. A very large selection of delicious meals, both for breakfast and dinner. You would have to be very picky not to find something good for yourself. Great bar with daily evening attractions. Beautiful swimming pool. Great location, wonderful beach. I definitely recommend it♥️

The second time in the same hotel, it's better then before. Food is very good, the service excellent. Personal is very kind and helpful. The cleanliness is on the high level. We are very satisfied with JS hotel. My recommendation for this hotel

Nice enough place, staff friendly. Room is as expected. I travelled solo and its possible I got a standard room for 2 people. I paid for a room with a balcony, they probably all have one. I booked 8 months ago and got a room on the second floor overlooking a carpark and reminiscing a back alleyway. As usual, and expected, people 'reserve' sun loungers around the pool, and then seem to go out for the day. Beds are reserved as early as 8am. I spent more than 3 hours by the pool and the'best' 14 beds to the left of me had 14 towels and 4 humans. So 10 people not even there. You can't really sit by the pool as the beds go right up to the pool edge, so you either be selfish like othe people or go to the beach and spend your money there instead. I mentioned this to staff on eeception, she was a good actor. She nodded away, rolled her eyes and gave lots of empathy how bad it was and finally said she would mention ot to the manager. I said they could at least put a sign up but she couldn't have cared less and answered the phone to someone else to end our conversation. The picture of this pool was taken many years ago, the tiles are green above water, the spa/jacuzzi in the pool doesn't work and there's green scum floating on the water. So, manager, when reading this, I did try to give you a chance.

The hotel is very nice. Close to the beach 2 minutes to walk. Shops and restaurants around. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We were enjoyed our holiday. Lots of food choices for breakfast and dinner. Spa,swimming pool in side and the gym.

A lovely repeat stay. A top floor room overlooking the pool as well as the mainland Mallorca. From 1st to last the staff really looked after me. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The facilities available at the hotel are all 1st class. They have a really good thing going here and long may it continue. I am already planning a return trip for the future.

Our second visit this year. This hotel is so far the best we have been to in Mallorca and we have tried a few, the staff are welcoming and go above and beyond, we left our jackets in June in the suitcase storage room and no problem we came back and got them in August. It was a good excuse to come back. The rooms the food cleanliness of the whole place is second to none, you do get the odd family that spoil it by grabbing the best sunbeds and then don’t make a show all day it’s rude but to be fair there was still plenty to go round, maybe the staff could remove them if it’s been a while and take them to reception then those people will have to go collect them and could be reminded of the rule. It only happened in August not in June . 20/10 from us see you next year js alcudi mar

Hallo team JS Alcudi Mar, we stayed at your hotel 2 weeks ago and we had Room Number 343 and 341 and i wanted to tell you how happy we were during our stay there. The Housekeeping Barbara were very friendly to us, Miguel at the bar was very nice even his English was not so perfect but he understood what we wanted. He is a friendly guy. Francesca at the Front Office had always a smile on her face. At the Restaurant, Practice Sara were very talkative, Adriana too and i must not forget the friendly Restaurant Manager.Top men. What impressed me was? when there were a problem with the Wifi at the pool!! it was quick repaired. I must thank Francesca one time and also the hotel manager too. He was very friendly to me. Almundea served us nearly each evenings at Dinner time and she was super friendly. One man at the resto with grey hair and very thin was making his job well and he was always walking/running same as Speedy gonzales .I can say that all the personals are making a very good job. Great for solo people . Very welcoming andin a convenient place for beach access . Rooms and bathrooms are fine and the food in restaurant is excellent. Felt very safe . Pool space is limited and very busy with locals at weekends. I would recommend this hotel as a very fair price and would return
