"We felt really comfortable; everyone was super nice, from the concierge to the service staff and reception. It was about a 5-8 minute walk from the main train station and easy to find. The breakfast was delicious; they kept refilling it, even right before closing time. The hotel's dog, Flora, did the best job :-) The room was very nice and clean!!! Beautiful courtyard and delicious gins at the bar. This is now our favorite hotel in Dortmund. We highly recommend it."

"Great location, very close by to restaurants, bars and shops. Close by to U bahn stop and easy to walk with suitcases from the Hautbahnhof. The room had a sink which was helpful although the room could get a bit stuffy in the summer weather. The toilets and showers were in separate rooms - there was more than enough of both so you didn't have to wait. The breakfast had a lot of variety of meat, cheese, bread, yoghurt, cereal, fruit. Staff were very friendly although not the most help with questions we had. Unfortunately on all 3 nights there were groups of children making lots of noise up until 12am. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend it."

"Vi var der 2 nætter. Havde meget smukke og moderne værelser. Adgangen med PIN har fungeret godt og var super, da vi ville indchecke senere. Morgenmad er meget god og frisk med kaffemaskine med specialiteter. Værelser og hotellet i almindelighed var meget rene og venlige medarbejdere. Når vi er tilbage i Dortmund, så kommer vi gerne tilbage!"

"Everything was great except the fact that you are supposed to tell 2 days ahead of your arrival that you will check-in. That's unusual when you booked your hotel in advance. Eventually I could reach them a day before my arrival and it was no problem to check-in ahead of time for an "early-check in" fee."
