"The staff was very friendly when I arrived, and checkout was quick and easy, which I really appreciated. I also requested a 6am wake-up call, and they followed through right on time, which was very helpful. My room was clean, the heater worked well, and overall I was happy with the comfort and cleanliness of the space. A couple of downsides: there’s no elevator, so I had to carry a heavy suitcase up the stairs to my room. Breakfast was okay, but there weren’t many options to choose from. The only other issue was the atmosphere in the common areas. While this isn’t entirely the hotel’s fault, there were a a few guests who made things feel a bit uncomfortable. One person was loudly arguing and swearing in the hallway and at the front desk, and another guest appeared to be staying long-term, scolding her kids and a baby running around the breakfast area in just a diaper. It gave the public spaces a slightly uneasy vibe, even though the staff handled things as best they could and were consistently kind and professional. Overall, I had a clean and comfortable stay, and I’d consider staying again if I needed a place in a pinch — I’d just keep expectations modest regarding amenities and the general lobby/hallway environment."

"There was a mini kitchen in the room, which was convenient. I was also happy that there was always coffee, tea, oranges, and apples available in the lobby. The breakfast was simple, but satisfying. It's far from downtown, so it's not convenient for sightseeing, but there is a bus stop nearby. There are also two supermarkets nearby. However, there was a large, regular household refrigerator, and I felt it was a waste of electricity to have it running all the time even though it was hardly used."
