I purchased the cottage at first site just because I was drawn into it's inviting, homey, welcoming energy and was so spotlessly clean; if I didn't know better, I'd think the former owners cleaned the dirt in the yard prior to the sale! This dreamy little cottage offers easy driving access, with no steep winding mountain roads. One floor living with no stairs makes our cottage ideal for everyone. Hardwood floors throughout gives that warm make yourself at home feeling. A fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare that perfect meal or light snack is in the pantry. A Keurig coffee brewer along with coffee grounds, coffee pods, creams and sugars are provided in the kitchen. Not into coffee? We also offer a wide selection of teas for your enjoyment. The kitchen is stocked with soaps, paper towels and trash bags as well. Only the finest bed linens are stretched on top of the super comfortable/Willenburg Tufted queen bed and you will find soft snuggly towels in the bathroom. Extra linens; if needed for the Murphy bed are provided in the living room closet. The bathroom has all the amenities of home with a hair dryer, a variety of soaps, shampoos and toilet paper. The living room has a sofa so comfortable that it envelopes you in cozy comfort. Two recliners make watching your favorite program or movie a special treat. The 42" TV is equipped with Roku so you don't have to miss your favorite program here in the mountains. High speed wifi is available throughout the house and on the outdoor patio. A gas grill is located on the patio with table and chairs and umbrella to enjoy the outdoor dining experience. Special touches, comfortable furniture and cozy bedding are awaiting you and that someone special at Moonfall Cottage! It features a 1 car garage for guest use. 75" smart tv in the living room with Streaming TV via YouTube TV (Roku offered also). This is a great entertainment space to stream a movie and stay in for a relaxing evening. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make your favorite meal. It has a crockpot and griddle for quick meals. On hot summer days enjoy the community pool (pool towels provided). On cool winter evening relax by the gas log fireplace. This unit offers bedrooms with King memory foam mattresses on each bed and each bedroom has access to the bath through the bedroom. It offers bedrooms that are equipped with USB lamps for easy charging for cell phones. You can hear the Titanic ship horn every day at noon and are able to see the fireworks at Dollywood during the fall and winter when the leaves are off the trees. This unit is located in a quiet community, where you can relax in the glider or rocking chairs and enjoy your morning coffee with just the sounds of birds chirping. In the fall, we offer a s'mores maker station. It also has a great selection of board games and cards to have some family fun with. You can be near everything Pigeon Forge has to offer, but in a quiet setting. The house is less than five minutes from the Parkway and the drive to the cottage is stress-free with no mountains to climb. The cottage is one level, making it easy on everyone in the family. The home is all about relaxation. At the front of the cottage there is a cute porch with two rocking chairs and a patio bench. Enjoy those cool nights after a long day of activities. The back patio also has a sofa, two chairs, and a grill. Have dinner out back or let the kids run around in the grass while you relax. Inside you will find two bedrooms. The front bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and an extra large twin bed on the top. This bedroom also has a full bathroom that can be accessed from the bedroom or hallway. The second bedroom has a king sized bed and a workspace. If you need to get any work done you can do so at the desk. We have high speed internet so you shouldn't have any problems connecting. The bedroom also has a full bathroom with a jetted tub. The living room features a gas fireplace that can be used from October until May. The bookshelves have a number of books for the whole family and DVDs for everyone. If you would like to enjoy a family game night grab one of the many games available or play one of the arcade games. The game table has 412 games to choose from.The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you should need to make a meal. The dining room table seats six and the counter has three more chairs. We provide a roll of paper towels, some dishwasher detergent, and some dish soap. We also leave out a few coffee pods. The kitchen has many spices for you to use also. There is a garage that you are welcome to use. A remote is left on site. Parking is allowed in the driveway too, but there is no street parking allowed. The community has a pool and beach towels are provided for you. The area has a number of activities to suit your family. The area has hiking for the outdoorsy type, go karts for the adventure seeking family, and tons of restaurants for the foodies. The welcome packet has a number of recommendations for the area.
