Dock your boat outback and be just three minutes from the intercoastal waterway and 10 minutes to the inlet to the ocean. Two Kayaks at the house for your enjoyment. Beach lovers we are the ninth house down the block from the beach access so just a short walk. Swordfish Drive also takes a turn and parallels to the ICW. A great place to walk the puppies. Just beautiful at night. (pet fee required) We have added an OUTDOOR SHOWER for the new season!Upstairs living area with 55 inch smart HD TV. Downstairs living area has sitting room, (no steps to enter the ground level) table and chairs for cards, games, puzzles etc. 50" TV, DVR, VCR and t DVDs available. Free high speed internet. An upgraded two zone central heating and air system with dehumidifier. Both master bedrooms have king-size mattresses. Third bedroom is equipped with queen size bed.
