"Det koster 7CHF at nå Hotel Krone Unterstrass fra Zürich lufthavn.Tag toget fra lufthavnen til Zürich Oerlikon station derefter skifte til spor #11 og flyve ved ‘Kronenstrasse’ stop.Hotel er lige ved siden af sporvognen. Naboskabet er meget stille, når dunken falder.Du vil snart opdage, at 3 stopper mere af tram #11, og du vil være på Zürich hovedstation (Zürich HB), som er byens centrum. Værelset har manuelt styret ac kompressor (tak Gud) selv om det er ret koldt uden det (~14 deg C udenfor ved udgangen af september).Der er ingen minibar køleskab og de giver en lille metal kedle. Hele punktet i min vurdering er at rose Laura Mannino (skrift), det første kontaktpunkt, når du besøger den daglige morgenbuffet.Med hendes klare smil og vinder demeanur, er hun en aktiv for alle gæstfrihedsforretninger. Mit femte etageværelse har en ny følelse for det, og jeg har virkelig ingen klager.Hvis du foretrækker at blive ved kanten af byens centrum og ikke betale en arm/medlem for de $400~500 et natrum i byens centrum, er Hotel Krone Unterstrass ideelt.Ville jeg komme tilbage? - Ja, det er jeg."

"The location in Zurich is pretty good but it’s right across from a noisy restaurant that’s open very late. The hotel has no air conditioning and the rooms get very hot. Breakfast is free and very good. The beds are comfortable but the pillows are bad and you only get one per bed. The floors creak very loudly and the shower is the strangest design I’ve ever seen — the glass is hinged and only halfway across the tub, but the shower spout is in the middle, making it almost impossible to keep the water in the tub. This feels like a bad design. The staff is only there 7 AM - 7 PM, but they’re friendly and helpful. For the price, I’d consider some other hotels first."

"The male receptionist who checked us in was very polite. When we found our initial room door was open and there was a very strong smell of feces, he quickly helped us change rooms. We requested a sofa bed in the new room, but no one came to set it up all night, so we ended up opening it ourselves. The pillows and blankets inside felt unclean. One of the shower amenities in the bathroom had already fallen off. There's another point I hope can be improved. Before checking in, we already knew there was a charge for parking. During check-in, we asked if we could park directly in front of the hotel, and the male receptionist confirmed we could, but it would be charged. Unfortunately, when we left the next day, we found a parking ticket (CH60) on our car. Upon inquiring further, the staff member said we should have parked in the underground parking lot. We immediately paid the ticket. At the same time, we saw at least four to five other cars with tickets. It was very disappointing and confusing that the staff didn't warn tourists about this (especially since the signs aren't in English). We even asked the receptionist about parking three times during check-in, but he didn't offer any helpful advice. There aren't many food options nearby, but the overall environment is acceptable."

The bathroom had no space whatsoever for toiletries, and apart from a tiny bin in the toilet, there were no other trash cans in the room. We were assigned a room right next to the elevator, so the constant foot traffic and elevator noise really disturbed our rest. The worst part is there was no air conditioning – definitely a deterrent!"

"The front desk service was quite passive-aggressive. When I was checking in, I was on the phone, and they told me to hang up. The next morning when I was checking out, I asked for a taxi, and they told me to go stand by the hotel entrance and wait. It might have been a misunderstanding, but having two such incidents consecutively during check-in and check-out, both with the same person, made me feel quite uncomfortable.
