"This hotel is a great option if you need to stay near the airport the night before your flight, or when you first arrive. The hotel's shuttle bus is very convenient; it's free to the hotel but there's a charge for the return trip to the airport. It's a standard business hotel, and given the prices in Switzerland, I think it's a decent choice even if you have to put up with the slight inconvenience of traveling to nearby areas. The photo was taken when we walked to a nearby station to go to Bern. My mom and I managed the walk with our suitcases. I'm highlighting these points because they were important to me, and I hope this helps others."

Five Zurich - Luxury City Resort
"We chose Five Zurich - Luxury City Resort because we had an early morning flight from Spain to Switzerland, and we wanted a hotel where we could truly relax—enjoy a swim, use the sauna, and unwind in a beautiful environment. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt incredibly calming. The surroundings, set on a hillside, added to the peaceful and refreshing experience. What impressed us most was the exceptional service—every member of staff, including the housekeeping team, was polite and attentive. A special mention goes to Felipe, who took care of us with the level of attention you would expect from a five-star hotel in the Maldives and Dubai. The hotel driver was also extremely helpful, transporting us to and from the train station and assisting us with our luggage. Even when we had multiple bags, staff members went out of their way to guide us and lend a hand, which made a big difference. The hotel is divided into a main building and an East Wing, connected by a unique trendy tunnel—something quite fun and memorable, especially for children. Families will also appreciate the games room in the East Wing, where kids can enjoy table tennis and billiards. In the afternoon, we visited the Lindt Home of Chocolate. It was very convenient—about 20 minutes by taxi or 40–50 minutes by public transport. We also purchased a Swiss Travel Pass (first class), which made traveling incredibly easy. We didn’t have to worry about buying tickets—just hop on any Swiss train with spacious seats and quiet coach, tram, or bus at the right time and go. If you’re planning to explore Switzerland, staying at a hotel with good transport connections is definitely essential. One of the highlights of this hotel is its relaxing ambiance and the water features. The lobby features beautiful musical elements and décor, and the overall design is modern and stylish—creating a very comfortable and enjoyable space. I’ve heard that rooms in the East Wing are smaller and more suitable for single or double occupancy, with more reasonable pricing. Some rooms reportedly have windows that cannot be opened, but the hotel is already looking into improvements. Overall, we had a wonderful stay—and next time we visit Switzerland, we would absolutely love to stay here again. P.S. the hotel indoor swimming pool and Spa area is amazing too. We enjoyed it very much and wish we have more time in the hotel next time. We are heading to Lucern now."

There's a facility nearby with a supermarket and restaurants, which is very convenient. The hotel itself is very clean, and I loved its modern and stylish atmosphere! Best of all, while many hotels lack air conditioning and a refrigerator, this one had both, making my stay very comfortable! I'd love to stay here again next time."

"Booked a balcony room but was given a very small room. Everything else was good. Breakfast was plentiful and the service at breakfast was enthusiastic. I highly recommend booking the room with breakfast included, it's actually great value for money. You won't get much for over 200 outside, especially with the prices in Switzerland."
