"The platform next to the first-floor swimming pool should offer views of the evening fireworks and drone show. I rented a really authentic Miao ethnic costume from the hotel for photos, which was great. Inside the village, I tried making floral paper and tie-dyeing, but it was too hot during the day, so I'd recommend doing those activities in the evening. When checking out, the concierge can arrange a taxi to the ticket center."

"The high-floor room facing north offered a view of the main attractions, but the soundproofing was really poor. The room decor wasn't to my taste, though it was generally acceptable. The wontons I ordered for a late-night snack were quite bad."
JIANGUO HOTEL ZUNYI
"The hotel is beautiful, from the exterior to the lobby, elevators, rooms, and breakfast restaurant; it feels better than the Yuzhou Hotel. I was given a room on the 5th floor of the West Garden. The air conditioning in the first room wasn't working, but it was incredibly hot that day, and the balcony door wouldn't close properly, letting in a crack. I called the front desk, and they said they'd send a colleague over. They arrived 15 minutes later and managed to close the balcony door with great effort, but the air conditioning problem remained. They then said they'd send an engineer. I simply asked them to change my room, and they agreed, but I'd have to come to the front desk myself to get a new room key. It took half an hour to finally check in. With such high-end decor, I thought the front desk would immediately send a colleague to deliver a new room key to my room after my first call. It's not as good as some other hotels. The air conditioning stopped working late at night, waking me up from the heat and keeping me awake all night. The room was 32 degrees Celsius, and I had to take two showers. With such high-end decor, I assumed the gym was open 24 hours, but it turns out it closes at 10 PM, and 8:30 PM on holidays. When I booked through Ctrip, they said they'd include a minibar, but when I asked, they said they don't offer minibars. They really need to improve their service; otherwise, how can they justify the hotel's decor?"

It is super romantic to sit there and drink tea while looking at the mountains and water. The service was also very good. You can add the butler on WeChat and contact him anytime if you need anything. The guy at the front desk drove us back and forth to the scenic spot for free and was always available. We took too long to take photos and it was already 10:30, but the guy still came to pick us up in five minutes and turned on the air conditioner in the room before we went back (because I told the guy that I was afraid of the cold during the previous chat). It was really a very thoughtful service. The breakfast is rich and tasty, suitable for children. In short, I am super satisfied. I will definitely come back to appreciate the lotus flowers when they are in full bloom in summer and experience the large swimming pool at the door! !"
