"The hotel owner and housekeeper were both incredibly welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Xiao Dongjiang Scenic Area, just a 10-minute walk away, and the surrounding environment is fantastic – you can get great photos just about anywhere. The hotel's decor is a very modern Wabi-sabi style, and the rooms are spacious. They even upgraded my room type, which made for a very comfortable stay. The only minor drawback is that my room was close to the elevator, so light sleepers might find the noise a bit disruptive. Overall, it's definitely a guesthouse worth returning to."
