After booking, I applied for an upgrade to a higher floor through Ctrip and directly contacted the hotel, but both were rejected because the room type only has the 6th floor. The hotel even said directly that you booked a low-priced room. If you want to live in a good room, you can cancel and book a view room... Of course, as I often travel on business, it is common to ask for an upgrade. It is indeed not 100% satisfied, but more because the hotel is full. Like the previous answer, this is the first time I have encountered it, not to mention that the five-star hotel adheres to the service concept of No excuse. So for the guest room, you can take a look at the real situation of this room type. The overall facilities and equipment of the hotel are simply unsightly. Oh, by the way, the next day I found that the toilet was too old and could not be flushed normally. I repaired it in the morning and the toilet was still the same when I came back at noon. Secondly, regarding the hotel's supporting services, when checking in, I asked the front desk staff whether the group purchase package on Dianping could be delivered to the room for dining. I was transferred to the catering department and was told that a 30% service fee would be added for delivery. My God, this is the ceiling of the service fee I have heard in China. I was finally exempted from the high service fee by packing up, but they forgot to give me fruit. Finally, I had to scan the code when checking out. After scanning, I still couldn't get out. I negotiated with the front desk and was told that a QR code can only be scanned once. The pile of paper disposable parking QR codes at the front desk are inconvenient and not environmentally friendly. I really don't know if the level of Delong hotels is like this? The only thing that is worth comforting is that a girl named Wang in the Xishi Kitchen of the catering department, who may just be an intern, helped to ask questions and solve problems."
