First of all, this stay was a poor experience, and it's very necessary to clarify this so that future guests won't make the same mistake. Free parking is true, but the free parking lot isn't the one in front of the hotel. It's a very cramped parking garage across the street near Bailu Academy. It's shared by several hotels, and if you arrive late, you have to leave a car key there so others can help you load and unload your car. The free upgrade is also true. I experienced an upgrade from the "Horse to Success" room (described as 20 square meters) to the "Shiguang" double room (described as 25 square meters). But honestly, the upgraded room was not only small but also very low-ceilinged. To illustrate just how low and small it was, there are pictures later; I estimate the entire room was less than 20 square meters. The receptionist initially intended to upgrade my room to a panoramic bathtub king room during check-in, but the owner suddenly called to change his mind, offering only a "Shiguang" king room instead. To be honest, I was a little annoyed by the owner's tone on the phone; perhaps he didn't realize I could hear him. The receptionist seemed embarrassed and kept reminding him that I was there. The room type didn't really matter to me, but some things are better left unsaid to customers, otherwise, it can lead to bad reviews. The receptionist and breakfast staff were both quite friendly, which is commendable. The facilities are relatively new, as the hotel was renovated this year and its name has changed. I've forgotten the old name; I only remember staying there once. As for cleanliness, well, I have to complain about that. There was some white sediment in the mouthwash cup, which looked like dried toothpaste residue. Luckily, I didn't use the water from that cup to rinse my mouth."
