The air conditioning temperature was a bit tricky; I had to set it around 23 degrees to get it right. Service: I got a free room upgrade upon check-in, and they gave me yogurt, fruit, and snacks. The breakfast selection was quite varied. Transportation: It's very close to Zhangye West Station, less than a ten-minute walk, and also near the distribution center for tours, making it very convenient for day trips."

Upon arrival, security guards directed me to parking, helped with luggage, and guided me through check-in – a big shout-out to the security team! The front desk staff thoughtfully offered hot water and towels to clean hands during check-in, which was a very nice touch. Plus, a dedicated staff member helped bring my luggage directly to my room door. The room was prepped with a foot bath and cucumbers for a facial, and the bedding was very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!"

"I brought my dog, so I looked for a pet-friendly hotel. This hotel was ranked number one at the time and had many different styles. I hesitated for a moment and chose a cheaper business hotel. That's when the nightmare began. I contacted the owner that night. 1. It's the off-season in Zhangye, so there are very few people. The business hotel felt like a rip-off, it was terrifying. 2. You get what you pay for; the price reflects the value. However, when I arrived at the courtyard house that night, I was surprisingly satisfied. The yurts, which I used to dislike, now seemed exceptionally beautiful. I told the owner, "Your photos don't do them justice." Secondly, it was very clean, the bed was the perfect firmness, and it had a subtle fragrance. Thirdly, the entire courtyard house was upscale, and the owner's wife's breakfast was also a great option. Overall, I would give it a perfect score. I would definitely choose this place again next time. The owner is friendly, the owner's wife makes delicious food, and there's a night market right outside—it has absolutely no downsides."

We were also offered apricot skin tea. The room facilities were excellent, and they even thoughtfully provided a foot bath tub with a bottle of hot water next to it! The plastic slippers came with disposable insoles – the attention to detail was truly impressive. The hotel breakfast was fantastic and received unanimous praise from everyone. The ramen was freshly made, and all the juices were freshly squeezed. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. Before we left, the hotel even gave us a parting gift, which included hand cream and a steam eye mask."
