"本來以為這個酒店比較老可能會很普通，但是該有的都有，而且甚至更好（還有加濕器，緩解了西北乾旱氣候帶來的不適應），地理位置非常好，就在市中心，對面商業街，衞生也很乾凈。最吸引人的是店裡的服務人員。點名保安師傅，要給保安師傅加工資，就是圖片裏的保安師傅，人非常的熱心善良，他的薪酬應該對得起他的付出。1.手機沒電，我找了一個背對着我們的充電插座，師傅看到了，主動把手機插到了我們面前被忽略掉的插座，拿箱子墊着，不把手機放在地上，叮囑我們看好手機。2.等機場大巴來的途中（這個酒店是機場大巴的發車點，直達機場，非常方便），點了一份外賣，中途大巴來了，師傅專門過來喊我們，然後叮囑我們快點吃。吃完後，我們準備把垃圾扔到外面，師傅看到了立刻來幫我們扔垃圾。3.我們拖着行李準備上大巴，師傅讓我們不用把行李箱抬到酒店台階下，直接拉到大巴面前。大巴台階台階太高，師傅主動幫我們抬箱子……還有很多微小的細節，比如主動幫我們推旋轉門之類的。所有酒店，大家硬件設施基本差不太多，衹要功能齊全就可以，但是真正能留住人的，是酒店的服務意識（前台小姐姐也很奈斯）。正是因為貴酒店有保安師傅，前台小姐姐這樣熱心善良的人，才會使得酒店經營細水長流。以後再來張掖或者親朋好友來張掖，都會繼續選擇貴酒店的。超奈斯。"
