"The front desk staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Check-in and check-out were super fast, and they even proactively recommended local must-try foods and sightseeing routes. They were patient and meticulous with all our inquiries and requests, which was a really warm touch. The moment we stepped into the room, it felt clean and comfortable. It was spacious and well-lit, and the entire room was spotless—no stains in the corners or bathroom. The bedding, duvet cover, and towels all felt brand new with no strange odors. Since the Northwest climate is dry, having complimentary bottled water in the room was a thoughtful touch; we didn't have to worry about getting thirsty at night. The mattress was just right—not too hard, not too soft—and the pillows were soft and gentle on the skin. The soundproofing was excellent; we couldn't hear any street noise from downstairs, which was great after a long day of exploring. We slept soundly. The bathroom had a good wet/dry separation, hot water supply was stable with good pressure, and the toiletries were of good quality. All the facilities were well-maintained and felt new, and adjusting the lights and air conditioning was easy."

"The hotel reception service was good, but the location was a bit remote, close to the highway, and there weren't many commercial services nearby, just one restaurant where you could have a simple meal. Parking was outside with security guards. The hotel was relatively new, but the triple room we booked ended up being a standard room with only one bed crammed in, making it too cramped. Breakfast was just okay."

"We were driving back from Xinjiang and randomly booked this hotel in Zhangye, intending it as just a quick overnight stop. But it turned out to be the most heartwarming place I've stayed in nearly a month of traveling, so I absolutely had to write a proper review. For anyone on a road trip, this place is a lifesaver. It has its own dedicated parking lot, and what's even better, there are both fast and slow charging piles right there. No need to detour looking for a charging station; you can just park and head straight up to check in, completely eliminating any range anxiety. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, staff wearing professional reflective vests guided us to a spot. The security guard saw us and immediately got up to prepare car washing tools. By the time we finished checking in and went upstairs, he was already diligently scrubbing our car. Not only do they offer free car washes, but they also help with tire pressure checks and refilling windshield wiper fluid. When we casually mentioned needing a top-up for the fluid before leaving, a staff member brought a bottle right over and filled it up completely – no shortcuts taken. The front desk service was incredibly touching too. They offered welcome fruits during check-in, and seeing that we had a child, they even prepared a little gift for our kid. The room wasn't huge, but it was very cozy, and the cleanliness was truly exceptional. The bedding, TV, bathroom, and even the nooks and crannies of the restroom were spotless – none of the sloppiness you sometimes find in smaller hotels. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room, which was a huge relief after accumulating so much laundry over nearly a month of travel. We could finally wash and dry everything thoroughly; it was incredibly practical. Upon checkout, we received a cooling gift bag prepared by the hotel. During a chat, we learned that many of the parking attendants and security guards are laid-off workers or disabled individuals. The hotel's willingness to provide them with stable employment speaks volumes about its humanistic care, which honestly touched me more than any luxurious amenities. As we left, the guiding attendant walked us all the way to the hotel entrance, smiling and wishing us a safe journey. Hearing that while far from home truly warmed my heart. The location is also very convenient. It's only a 10-20 minute walk to the Ming-Qing Ancient Street, and a taxi ride is just the minimum fare, making it easy to explore and find places to eat. Zhangye was originally just a stop on our way back, but this hotel made us genuinely feel the warmth and hospitality of the city. For anyone visiting Zhangye or on a road trip, I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. It's definitely an excellent value for money experience in its price range."

"The front desk agent was kind enough to upgrade our room, and it was quiet, spacious, and bright during our stay. A couple of minor drawbacks: the cleanliness was a bit lacking when it got busy, and the showerhead in the bathroom was oddly low – I'm not sure what its purpose was. Also, the sink faucet had a design flaw; the water would easily splash out as soon as you turned it on. Overall, it was still a good stay. The location is excellent, with plenty of food options across the street, like Baifu and a delicious beef noodle soup place. It's also super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the high-speed rail station. Seriously, everyone should stay here!"
