"Very clean and cozy hotel apartment. Everything was great except for the fact that there was no elevator. If you have no big luggage, then you wouldn't have a problem. But if you do and you cannot carry it up the stairs, then you have a major problem. Other than that the management was very thoughtful putting everything together. One other suggestion aside from the lack of elevator issue, is that it will help a lot to also offer the option of taxi pick up and drop off to and from the airport with a fair rate price, this way, "we the visitors" to your country and establishment, will know that we are not getting ripped off and will appreciate you looking out for us."

"Hotellet ligger meget tæt på Bruxelles Lufthavn, med en gratis lufthavnsbus, hvilket er meget bekvemt; lufthavnen ligger cirka 5 minutters gang fra hotellet. De omkringliggende omgivelser er dejlige, og økologien er god. Der er dog stort set ingen restauranter i nærheden, især i weekenderne, så man kan kun spise på hotellet eller i lufthavnen. Morgenmadsudvalget er relativt begrænset og ikke særlig omfattende."

"Very average, frankly. It's a remote access hotel - I arrived just 17:00 on a Friday and reception had already left for the weekend. Difficult to spot if you're driving, I took a guess on the underground car park which turned out to be correct! Parking, by the way, is very reasonably priced (but there were no lights at all - everyone had to use the torch on their phone to see in the complete darkness). In fairness to Roxi, the parking is operated separately. There has clearly been little or no maintenance since it opened in 2019 - everywhere is tired, though not actually dirty. Shower leaks onto the bathroom floor, the kitchenette is very poorly equipped - one fork (though 2 knives and 2 spoons!) and there's no cutting knife of any kind (but there is a whisk...) Lighting is pretty much binary - floodlights or a bedside light; the single wall-light was broken. It's (mostly) functional, but there's no sense of hospitality of welcome. Good thing is that there's a decent supermarket on the ground floor - because there appears to be absolutely nothing else in the area. "

"Meget rent og hyggeligt hotellejlighed.Alt var godt, undtagen at der ikke var nogen elevator.Hvis du ikke havde nogen stor bagage, ville du ikke have et problem.Men hvis du gør, og du ikke kan bære det op ad trappen, så har du et stort problem. Bortset fra, at ledelsen var meget tænkelig at samle alt sammen. Et andet forslag ud over manglen på elevatorspørgsmål er, at det vil hjælpe meget med at tilbyde muligheden for at tage en taxi op og stige til og fra lufthavnen med en rimelig pris, på denne måde, "vi besøgende" til dit land og dit etableringssted, Vi vil vide, at vi ikke bliver smadret af, og vil værdsætte din udsigt til os."
