"We were 2nd time staying in Forma Tatrica and unfortunately it is a huge contrast as quality is going down or we were really not lucky. We got an apartment with strong cigarettes smell 😔 When we asked to switch it, we were told, no other apartment available during our stay, it was neither possible to get a refund nor a discount (paid 600EUR for 6 nights). In that situation receptionist was extremely unprofessional and arrogant: he kept repeating he can not help in any way, he walked in our rooms with his shoes, was pretending he has running nose, suggesting to spray some scent on top of the cigarettes smell, he didn’t know when the manager will work and she can’t speak English etc. It was truly disappointing, like “talking to a brick wall” 😔 Next day we talked with another receptionist, lady was really nice, yet after she talked with manager we got instant coffee and invite to use jacuzzi for free as an excuse. Would sound nice, yet just take a look to jacuzzi (see pic attached). Once we told we are checking out, finally we were offered a new appartment. Yet it was too late as we had to book another hotel after half a stay as cigarettes smell were already soaked in towel, clothes and hair."

"Det var en dejlig ejendom med hensyn til beliggenhed og faciliteter, men personalet fokuserede på at få pengene mere end kundetilfredshed, vi stod over for mere end spørgsmål, og de var ikke samarbejdsvillige, jeg vil nævne to som eksempler, 1- De har afvist at lade os tjekke ud klokken 12.00 og de insisterer på at lade os gå klokken 11.00, mens næste tjekke i tid klokken 15.00, de fleste ejendomme i verden har tjekket ud klokken 12.00. 2- De fratrækkede 1000 PLN for lille malingdefekt, som ikke koster selv 200 PLN, vil vedlægge billedet til folk til at dømme."

"Excellent hotel. The staff is so-so. I asked for a quiet room and they gave me a room with windows overlooking the playground! ))) But we love this hotel!!! We had a birthday party and didn't get any birthday wishes... Overall, it seems like the hotel hasn't developed over the past few years, but has been deteriorating... such a shame! We truly loved it... will we come back again?! I don't know... more likely no than yes."

"A lovely small hotel/apartment within easy walking of the main street in town, and a lovely Polish restaurant very nearby. Great sauna and steam room facility, which we used most days. Staff were very friendly. Good car parking. The main reason for losing a point is it really could do with a lounge area and neither of us were particularly fond of the traditional Polish breakfast."
