The small-batch Yunnan coffee at the front desk is delicious, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and hygienic, and all the bedding was new. The hotel also offers a free laundry room and parking, which is very convenient. The atmosphere of the hotel is so warm and inviting. Even though I only stayed for one night, it felt incredibly comfortable and made me happy. Overall, it's fantastic value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again! Highly recommended~"

"This is probably the best and newest hotel in Yuncheng. The room was spacious with a well-designed layout for different functional areas (like the luggage and hanging clothes section). The small details were very thoughtful (such as the mini trash can on the vanity). The air conditioning worked perfectly, responding quickly to temperature or fan speed adjustments. The cleanliness was impeccable, everything was spotless, and the towels were pristine white. We felt very safe with the pick-up service from the airport in the evening. We slept in late and weren't disturbed, it was very quiet. I didn't try the dining, so I can't comment on that. We booked for two nights and wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately, there were no rooms available. 😭"

"The location is quite convenient, just next to Yu Street, opposite Yuncheng Catholic Church, and very close to Salt Lake and Chishen Temple. The room is relatively clean and the space is not small. However, the layout of the bathroom is not reasonable and it seems very narrow. In addition, the facilities are relatively old. There is no view outside the windows, and the overall layout of the house seems a bit crowded. It is worth mentioning that there were some minor incidents during the check-in, but the front desk solved the problem very well. I would like to thank the manager on duty on the night of check-in, Manager Qiao! Manager Qiao solved the problem very well and finally gave us a more comfortable travel experience in Yuncheng."

"The hotel is located in the famous hometown of Guan Gong, a one-minute walk from Guandi Temple. It's the Spring Festival holiday, and the independent courtyard is still full of scenery. The pavilions and ponds in the courtyard live directly in the large garden. The three independent rooms all have large front and rear terraces, and you can see the green rice fields surrounding the hotel. The courtyard also has its own independent kitchen, restaurant, tea room, and swimming pool. It's great. I will come back to experience it in depth."

"Shanxi Yuncheng Liting Hotel - This is the first time in my life that I give a bad review to a hotel. It is really too bad!!! Let's talk about the problems and let everyone judge. 1. The hotel claims to be a four-and-a-half-star hotel, but the elevator does not use access control facilities and anyone can enter and exit the accommodation floor at will. How can it be safe? 2. The sound insulation of the wall is very poor. You can hear the conversation next door very clearly. 3. The hotel staff is extremely irresponsible. The women's night safety pants that the next room asked for were delivered to my room at more than five in the morning, and they kept urging me to open the door to receive the goods; 4. The hotel staff called my room again at six in the morning and said that the things were delivered to the wrong place and asked me where I put them. I slept less than three hours a night thanks to the staff. 5. After receiving the feedback, the hotel manager and staff immediately shirked the responsibility and said that it was the problem of the guests next door and it had nothing to do with them. 6. The hotel manager is very responsible and has refused to reveal the name of the person who made the mistake. He said that if I want to complain, I should complain to him. He also tried to make me forgive their mistakes by giving me fruits and free accommodation. I am an ordinary business person on a business trip and I am reasonable in everything. I do not ask for any compensation but just want to expose the bad behavior of their hotel so that everyone can avoid risks."
