"The hotel is located on a small, quiet island with good facilities and excellent service. However, the hotel's management philosophy needs improvement. Prior to check-in, guests were not informed about ongoing renovations in the annex that would disrupt sleep. We only found out after checking in, via a notice in the room, that construction would occur from 9 AM - 12:30 PM and 3 PM - 6:30 PM. To make matters worse, construction actually started at 8 AM. After complaining through Trip.com customer service, we were moved to a lake-view room the next day and received a complimentary afternoon tea for two. However, as we had to wake up at 7:30 AM for an early start, we observed that construction still began at 8 AM the following day. This clearly shows that the hotel's administrative management philosophy is not customer-centric."

Guests benefit from complimentary secured parking across expansive ground-level and subterranean facilities. Accommodations feature generously appointed 38m² rooms designed for both comfort and functionality, with meticulous housekeeping ensuring clean and fresh environments. Each unit includes a specialized business workstation to accommodate professional needs. Room bonus include: - Fast free Wi-Fi - The bathroom was also extremely clean and had a good selection of toiletries. - There was plenty of light in our room, and the blackout curtains allowed us to sleep in undisturbed. - The quiet hallways were wonderful for getting some rest - Refrigerator Premium amenities include: - Second-floor self-service laundry facilities - 24-hour fitness center - Diverse breakfast buffet with attentive service The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. It has earned my absolute endorsement and I will certainly return during my next business trip."

"The hotel has a great location, right next to Yulin Shizijie (Cross Street), which is very lively at night with a variety of delicious food options. Chen Qi Beef Brisket Noodles at Nanmenkou, just south of the hotel, has a strong local flavor and is very tasty. The grilled Zhanjiang oysters on the west side of Shizijie are absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful. Thumbs up! 👍 The service is warm and attentive. I will definitely stay at Vienna Hotels again in the future."

I went to Shishijie Night Market, Yuntian Cultural City, and Kelawan Water Park. I can stay in a hotel of this level for less than 300 yuan during the National Day. I think it’s worth it!"

The sheets and duvet covers were spotless and soft, the bathroom was free of stains and odors, hot water was readily available, the air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked reliably, and the room's soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway."
