"This hotel is so terrible; it's practically a prime example of what not to do. I don't know how Ctrip rated it a five-star. It's infuriating! 1. The receptionist on my first night was incredibly rude. I don't know what allows her to be so arrogant towards customers. Nothing was acceptable; even asking for a pair of children's slippers was met with a curt "no," without any attempt to reason with her. 2. Anyone can smoke in the elevator, in any area, and even in the guest rooms. 3. Cigarette butts are everywhere in the hotel, in every area, including the elevators. 4. The room was dirty. 5. The noise from the street was too loud in the room. 6. The room smelled strongly of smoke. 7. The breakfast was awful. There were only three drinks: orange juice with pulp, instant milk, and instant soy milk. I don't even know what the milk I was giving my child was made of. 8. I went up and down the elevator multiple times, and every time someone smoked in. This hotel is infinitely better than a regular Home Inn or Hanting."
