"Previously, I always stayed at the Hanting (Huazhu Club) whenever I visited Youyang, but it gradually felt a bit outdated, so I switched to the hotel across the street. This time, a friend told me the Hanting had been renovated and looked brand new, so I checked in with a "let's give it a try" attitude. It far exceeded my expectations. The card-operated elevator solved the problem of noisy people waiting around, and the smart robot for ordering coffee and delivery was very private and safe – nice! The hallway carpets and rooms were completely refreshed, and the electric curtains, large-screen TV, in-room tea table/dining table, and computer work were very convenient. The semi-smart toilet and smart door locks were very user-friendly. The hotel reception and service staff were always smiling and attentive. Overall, it was a significant upgrade, and I will definitely come back next time!"

"The room was clean and tidy. Parking was available at the south gate, overlooking the river. It's a stilted building, with one side facing the river and the other the street – quite unusual, the street-facing side is on a higher floor and also part of the compound. It was very cold by the river; I slept in a down jacket at night because the air conditioning was practically useless. The bathroom was on the balcony, and the sliding door was very noisy. We drew the curtains to keep warm, but they fell down in the middle of the night – it was really scary! We proactively told the landlord to fix it when we checked out."
