"The rooms are beautiful and the view is beautiful with glass, but the view is flawed because it is a window with a limited opening and not a balcony. The breakfast is modest. The best thing about the hotel is the receptionist, Ms. Maysam, she is very cooperative and polite in dealing. I thank the hotel for choosing her."

"Trabzon clearly feels like a prefecture-level city in China. In a place like this, I am very satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness and service. It's good in all aspects. The only drawback is that when the outdoor temperature is low, the hotel will turn off the air conditioning, even though it is still relatively stuffy indoors."

"The hotel is in a suburb far from the city and on a hill, making parking tough. The breakfast experience was uncomfortable—staff would follow us around while we got our food and then stand super close, staring at us as we ate. On the bright side, the front desk staff were very helpful and upgraded us to a 2-room suite for a low add-on price. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast itself was good. Overall, a decent stay."

"One major set back left me distraught and hurt. Despite informing the management no apology has been received. Unfortunately, although first time ever in a Hilton hotel being a Hilton Diamond that a rude perhaps a ****** waiter shouted get out of here in the restaurant only for basketball team. Had no manners and behaviour problems. Elsewhere in Hilton properties always highly valued treated with loyalty given a priority over other guests. In this hotel the other guests given priority by the captains and pushed ahead of me and I had to request egg three times still not received. Shocking and disgusting to say the least abnormal behaviour. Plus side the GM and owners did welcome me received upgrade and amenities. The outstanding and exceptional worker in this hotel was Ms Kader, she fulfilled the expectations of hospitality regardless being extremely busy never on any occassion was ignored. Actually, she dealt with any request professionally, effieciently and promptly. Also no fresh orange juice was provided or offered as a Hilton Diamond member. Rather this hotel did not reflect in terms of the VIP hospitality that I'm accustomed with in all other Doubletree hotels and Hilton properties as I was treated similarly or worse than other guests in the restaurant."

"Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The cleanliness was excellent, the facilities were great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect — everything you need is nearby. It’s especially convenient if you’re planning day trips to northern Trabzon areas such as Rize and Uzungöl, or even Batumi, Georgia. You can easily coordinate with local tour companies for pickup right across the street from cevehar  Mall, which is just a one-minute walk from the hotel. The only downside was the breakfast during the last two days of my stay — there was no buffet breakfast, and instead, they served set plates. I believe this was because there were not enough guests in the hotel at that time. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel"
