They used translation tools effectively to communicate and even assisted me in getting a Chinese SIM card, which was very convenient. There is also a weighing machine available at the reception. Although the reception area is relatively small and located on Level 7, the service quality more than makes up for it. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. "Had a fantastic stay! The room had high ceilings and lovely views. Plus, they included three meals, which was incredibly convenient. What surprised me most was how fresh everything in the restaurant was – almost no pre-made food. The bacon was freshly fried, the wontons were handmade on the spot, and the noodles were hand-pulled by an auntie. There was also a huge selection of sauces. The most amazing thing was that they even had a chef carving Spanish ham right there – I was genuinely impressed! We also got a complimentary fruit platter on our first afternoon. It was truly a great experience; I'll definitely bring my family back next time, haha!"
