"The room was very clean, the courtyard was lovely, and the guesthouse wasn't in the most bustling area, so it was very quiet at night. The owner was incredibly welcoming and gave us two plates of fruit upon check-in—they were especially delicious! The hotel provided disposable bath towels and hand towels, which were very convenient. Hot water was available right outside the door, and they even gave us a souvenir upon departure. They drove us to the bus station and helped us call to arrange a shared ride to Zhaosu. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it!"

"Yili River Hotel is excellent! The entire hotel is situated within a large park, and the facilities and landscaping are superb. The hotel's amenities are also very good, almost like a high-end hotel built by the government with significant investment. While the staff weren't overly enthusiastic, their service was professional and very much on point. Breakfast was also delicious. The price is not high at all, making it extremely good value for money."

"This was my first time staying at an InterContinental brand hotel, and I loved it. The room layout was great, the bedding was comfortable, and as a new hotel, it was a very pleasant stay. But those aren't even the most important points; what truly stands out is the service in Xinjiang, which is far superior to what you find in inland regions. The service here is so incredibly warm, from the Holiday Inn Express in Narat to this EVEN hotel. Tomorrow, I'll be staying another night at the InterContinental Yining. This trip to Xinjiang has been perfect. The four InterContinental brands have completely changed my previous negative impression of the brand (e.g., the InterContinental Melbourne staff didn't lock our door after cleaning). All four brands – Indigo, Holiday Inn Express, InterContinental, and EVEN – were excellent. The main reason is the fantastic service; it's genuinely enthusiastic. So, even if it's a bit pricey, it's totally worth it. Highly recommended. The front desk and concierge at EVEN were superb. Manager Kevin provided us with an excellent experience."

"The overall ambiance is fantastic, and the public pool is clean and well-maintained. There's a dedicated sandpit for kids with plenty of toys, so children can play all day, truly freeing up parents! The property is huge and well-zoned. Breakfast is delicious, with fresh, hot dishes stir-fried by the auntie, which was very comforting. The entire resort is very picturesque, and the gym facilities are excellent. Afternoon tea was also lovely. There's a private, free, and secure parking lot. I'll definitely stay here again next time!"
