The breakfast included in the package and the complimentary drinks were both great. The ginger-flavored soda was a particular highlight for me. 3. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. When I couldn't find the car park upon arrival, the lady at the front desk gave me such detailed and patient directions, she was like a human GPS! However, there are a couple of downsides: 1. There's still a slight 'new renovation' smell in the room. It would be great if they provided an air purifier. 2. The laundry room management is a bit chaotic. My clothes were taken out of the dryer before they were even finished! I'd suggest putting up more prominent notices, installing a camera, and providing some clean laundry bags in the laundry room."

"This hotel is the worst of all the star-rated hotels we have ever stayed in. There is a swimming pool and fitness facilities when you book. When you go to use the fitness facilities, there are a lot of questions and you just find excuses not to let you in. Not to mention the swimming pool on the second floor, it is not open to you at all. The front desk of the hotel pretends not to know clearly. It is really disgusting. The room facilities are old and the hygiene is poor. Not to mention the breakfast, which is said to be a buffet, but the supply exceeds the demand at all. All the waiting, especially ramen, haggis, chaos, fried dumplings, etc., you will not be able to eat without waiting for 15 minutes. And if you renew your house, the original price will be increased for you. It's really disgusting to look like you can't live in it anymore..."
