The hotel's decor is absolutely stunning, exuding luxury and sophistication! The interior design is incredibly photogenic; you can capture beautiful shots without even leaving the hotel, making it 100% Instagrammable! Plus, it has full smart voice control, so you can just call out to 'Xiao Du' for anything you need – it's incredibly convenient. The room also features a large bathtub, and they thoughtfully provide disposable bath liners. After a long day of sightseeing, a relaxing bath is just what you need to unwind. The hotel's location is also excellent, right near Hejiangmen."

"I had bookmarked this hotel before, and when my friends and their families decided to visit Yibin for the May Day holiday, I didn't hesitate to book it. However, the May Day prices were quite high, basically more than double, with a twin room costing over 800 a night. **Ambiance:** The ambiance was my top priority. It's located within the Bamboo Culture Park, surrounded by greenery, very quiet and perfect for a vacation. The hotel has a pool, restaurant, and mahjong/chess rooms, all quite good. **Facilities:** The facilities are actually pretty good, but I have to complain about the air conditioning not working. We brought our child, and it was sweltering, so we could only use a fan. The breakfast was decent; not a huge variety, but the noodle bar was excellent – every type of noodle I tried was delicious. **First-day mini-bar:** We didn't receive one. Oh, and since we were staying with a child, I had pre-booked a crib. However, each time I called, the front desk gave me different information. Thankfully, they did provide one in the end. Also, its location isn't the most convenient. To find good food, we had to take a taxi for about 20 minutes round trip to the old district. We spent over 200 on taxis these past two days (we had two cars due to the number of people). Despite these points, I would still choose this hotel next time I visit, haha."

"This stay exceeded my expectations, and I must commend the two front desk staff, Xiao Hu and Xiao Huang! As soon as I arrived at the hotel with my luggage, they immediately and warmly came to help me with my things, their smiles and friendliness throughout, showing absolutely no signs of being perfunctory. When checking in, I forgot my documents and wasn't familiar with the process, Xiao Hu patiently explained the required documents step by step, while Xiao Huang proactively helped verify the information, speaking gently and without any impatience. What would normally be a tedious procedure was completed in just a few minutes. The room was arranged in advance with a quiet orientation, and they thoughtfully provided information on the elevator, breakfast, and laundry room locations, as well as detailed directions for nearby attractions, answering all my questions. When I called to inquire about the price difference for extending my room type, they carefully compared the advantages of different room types, offering practical advice without resorting to unsolicited sales pitches. The hotel was clean and tidy overall, the bedding was soft, and the breakfast selection was plentiful, but what impressed me most was the front desk service. Xiao Hu was attentive and thoughtful, noticing I had brought a water cup and proactively offering me hot water; Xiao Huang was efficient and handled inquiries from other guests with composure, showing genuine sincerity and politeness. Throughout the entire process, there were no rigid service scripts, just a friendly and caring attitude. Having traveled so many times, I've rarely encountered such attentive service from the front desk staff. The two staff members were professional and gentle, greatly enhancing my stay. The price-performance ratio is excellent, the environment is comfortable, and the service is top-notch. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time, and I highly recommend it to everyone. Front desk staff Xiao Hu and Xiao Huang deserve five-star praise!"

"Service was excellent from the moment we arrived. After parking, we simply called the hotel, and a shuttle quickly came to pick us up. Staff were already waiting at the entrance to greet us and kindly helped with our luggage. Even though we arrived quite late for our afternoon tea, they still thoughtfully served us freshly brewed tea, white pastries, and delicious grapes. What's more, they later brought us tremella soup. For breakfast, the 'Ran Mian' noodles were particularly tasty. The water play area was very convenient and much enjoyed by the children."

"The room is clean and tidy, and it is very close to Yibin West High-speed Railway Station. It takes more than ten minutes to walk and two or three minutes to take a taxi to the hotel lobby. It is also equipped with Xiaodu Xiaodu. You can call Xiaodu Xiaodu if you have any questions, such as turning on and off the air conditioner, lights, and TV. It is also super convenient. All the items inside are free to try. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is also very good. If we have any problems, the lady at the front desk will help us solve them quickly. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options, and the gym and laundry facilities are well-equipped. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. It's also convenient for getting to Hejiangmen and Lizhuang Ancient Town. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yibin."
