"The hotel is new, and thankfully, there was no strong smell of renovation. However, upon check-in, I found a few bloodstains on the duvet and a large puddle of water behind the toilet, making me think there was a leak. The staff member who came to help was polite, but their tone suggested they wondered if we were responsible for the 'fresh' marks. The engineering team arrived with a plunger. They replaced the duvet and wiped up the water in the bathroom (it turned out not to be a leak, just a messy cleaning job), and offered two cans of juice as compensation. The hallway windows were constantly open, making the corridor damp and stuffy. Soundproofing wasn't great; I was woken up at 6 AM on the first day by noise from the floor above. For the price, the breakfast was excellent and very substantial. However, the restaurant lacked proper insulation, and by 8 AM, the hot dishes were already cold. The restaurant is on the first floor and has no partition from the lobby. I saw flies both in the food pickup area and near the dining tables. Dinner was included in the room rate, consisting of beef noodles/wontons and congee. In summary, the hotel is quite new with good facilities, and the service attitude was great, but the restaurant's design and management need improvement."

"The bedding was so comfortable, I slept incredibly well. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were both quick and efficient. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, the environment is quiet, and it offers excellent value for money. It's very clean, and there's even a pleasant cantaloupe scent in the elevator, which shows great attention to detail."

"The decor is very new and the room is spacious and clean. Compared to the five-star hotel I stayed at in Qingdao a few days ago, this one is really good and offers great value for money (the five-star hotels in downtown Qingdao opened earlier and have a somewhat dated decor 😅). The hotel's location is also excellent, with Suochengli and Wanda Plaza right downstairs. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!"
