But the most surprising thing is the health center. We experienced foot baths, moxibustion, cupping. The physiotherapist will first ask about the physique, not the assembly line operation. After finishing, the whole person was obviously much easier, and his sleep improved for a few days. There is a very special experience here: someone will simply look at your situation before breakfast, and then recommend porridge and side dishes that suit you. This "look at the physique before eating" practice makes us a healthy person who is a perennial person feel particularly useful. The health center is backed by the hill, and it is very quiet to walk in the "motor treatment garden" in the morning and evening. We also saw someone who was training and doing a few actions, although simple but very comfortable. The whole environment is very slow and suitable for people who want to relax for a few days. If you are a friend who is tired for a long time, stiff shoulder and neck, and can't sleep well, it is highly recommended to try it.
