"I chose this hotel for a family trip, and my stay truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting guests proactively, and quick to assist with any requests. The front desk mentioned the hotel just opened this year, which explains why everything looks so new and well-maintained. The gym was an unexpected bonus, and the smart toilet in the room was a definite highlight – with its automatic sensor and heated seat, every use felt luxurious! These smart touches are everywhere, making the stay convenient and comfortable; I felt utterly pampered! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for convenience and modern amenities. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit, and I encourage everyone to give it a try!"

"I was incredibly satisfied with my stay; the service was absolutely impeccable. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping aunties, everyone was smiling, warm, attentive, and ready to assist with any request, making me feel right at home. Breakfast was a definite highlight! The variety was amazing, with a full spread of Chinese and Western options, hot and cold dishes, pastries, and fresh fruit. The ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted great, especially the made-to-order stations which were a pleasant surprise. Overall, it was an excellent experience, offering great value for money. The environment was quiet, and enjoying breakfast with such a lovely view from the hotel was truly a treat. This is definitely my go-to hotel whenever I visit Zhenjiang."

"Another trip with eight people, and this time we stayed at the Grand Hyatt. Because of the rain, we ended up having a big dinner at the hotel. To our surprise, it was amazing! How can I describe it? Bountiful, generous portions, and a wide variety of dishes... I'm not sure if that fully captures it. Let me just say this: it was incredibly good value for money."
