"Jeg havde en vidunderlig tid på dette hotel.For en 2* havde det alt, hvad jeg havde brug for og ønskede.Søde palmetræer og bougainvillea overalt. Der var masser af aktiviteter at vælge fra / tilmeld sig til via Tui App, såsom aqua aerobics, og solskin yoga, og kunst og håndværk.De unge instruktører var søde og entusiastiske. Aftenens underholdning blev sat tilbage og sjovt med quizzer og shows og musik.  De opgraderede mig meget venligt til et stort havudsigtsrum med udsigter over til Fuertaventura.Meget værdsat.Jeg gik selv catering og køkkenet havde alt det udstyr, jeg havde brug for.Ingen ovn, men en kombi mikrobølge.  Beddet var meget behageligt.Mange opbevaringspladser og sokker.Badeværelse/strandtoilet er til rådighed.  Jeg havde buffetmiddagen i går aftes, og der var så meget valg.Meget godt for €20.  Det ville jeg bestemt anbefale."

"Vi er lige kommet tilbage fra et fantastisk ophold på Elba Lanzarote Royal Village Resort i Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, og vi kunne ærligt ikke anbefale det nok! 🌴☀️ Fra det øjeblik, vi ankom, følte vi velkommen og kiggede godt efter. Resorten er smuk, ren og meget velbevaret, med smukke traditionelle bygninger, smukke haver og en fantastisk atmosfære.Vores værelse var komfortabelt, rummeligt og regelmæssigt renset, hvilket giver os alt, hvad vi havde brug for til en afslappende ferie. Poolerne og de omkringliggende områder var søde, og der var altid noget at gøre i løbet af dagen.Maden var meget god, med masser af valg og forskellige muligheder tilgængelige i hele vores ophold. Vi nyder også virkelig drikkevarerne, poolområderne og den generelle atmosfære omkring resorten.En særlig omtale skal gå til underholdningsholdet, især Costa og Mike.De var helt fantastiske! Deres energi, venskab og humor gjorde en sådan forskel på vores ferie.De arbejdede utroligt hårdt for at holde alle underholdende og inkluderet, og de fortjener virkelig anerkendelse for alt, hvad de gør. ❤️ Personalet i hele resorten var venligt, hjælpsomt og velkomment, hvilket gjorde os føle hjemme under vores ophold.Beliggenheden er også stor til at udforske Playa Blanca og nyde alt, hvad Lanzarote har at tilbyde. 🌊🏖️ I alt havde vi en fantastisk ferie og lavede nogle smukke minder. Vi ville lykkeligt vende tilbage til Elba Lanzarote Royal Village Resort og helt sikkert anbefale det til familier, par og alle, der leder efter en afslappende og sjov ferie i Lanzarote.Tak til alle holdet for at gøre vores ophold så speciel! "We arrived yesterday 15 of June and checked out today on 16 of June was supposed to be a 7 day holiday do not waste your time or money this place is a 1star at best do not believe what you see in photos a complete con I do not believe anyone from love holiday either visited let alone stayed there or they wouldn’t be advertising it on their site now we’ve had to pay to stay in another hotel as there was no point in complaining the place is a complete dump even when we were getting shuttle from airport and told driver where we were staying he started laughing that should have told us something plus trying to contact love holiday to complain they don’t have email address but are quick to take your money every month hopefully they will see this and reach out to us"

"Warm welcome, superb location. Lovely 45-minute walk to Cala Blanca. Regarding the hotel itself, nice pool, clean hotel. Entertainment every evening. However, the restaurant is very noisy and lacks charm; it feels like a hospital cafeteria. The food is okay, but nothing special."

"Vi stoppede i en af de Superior Suites med adgang til den private pool.Vi kunne ikke finde fejl med noget.Værelset var fremragende meget ren og veludstyret. Hvert medarbejder, vi kom i kontakt med, var meget venligt og hjælpsomt og chat.Frukost var stor med et stort udvalg af mad.Den italienske restaurant er godt værd at besøge mad der er fremragende. Det var min partners fødselsdag, mens vi var der, og vi fik nogle behandlinger og et kort, tak.Den eneste nederdel var, som vi var i en øverste lejlighed, håndklædebrigaden, hvor derude sparede solsenge og ikke vendte op for at bruge dem i 2-3 timer senere."

"Travelled with my son for a 6 day break before going back to work. We were given a lovely room/ suite with a lounge bathroom and a twin bedroom. Food was varied and good quality. We rarely ate lunch as we didn't need to. We found drinks were fine. Cocktails were very strong and sangria on tap was lush! (Maybe the beer could have been more varied) really close to the beach. Short walk. Staff were pretty good - no one was rude or unhelpful like some other reviews say. Staff in dining room were lovely."

"I booked very last minute as a solo female traveller in my late 40s. First of all, I was so happy with the room allocation. For reference I had room 805 which was by the Zen pool, and right by it too. Gorgeous clean room with a terrace so happy with that. Arrived late after restaurant was closing so provided with a sandwich, fruit and water. Unpacked and got settled. First impressions were that the facilities were tired and in need of an upgrade. This isn’t a complaint about the rooms, but the bar area, the entertainment area and the supermarket are all in need of an overhaul and a clean. The food was ok but not a lot of choice and lots of saucy dishes which didn’t appeal to me. Most days I had salad, cheese and pizza and chips. That was fine. I didn’t indulge in alcohol during the day but took advantage of the water filling stations around the complex. I was disappointed that that the pool bar by the zen pool was closed for the duration of my stay. Not sure why, as peak season with kids being off. It was advertised as having that facility so that was a shame. Sunbeds! Against my better judgement I became one of those people who reserved their bed as soon as I woke up and watched it while I sat on the terrace. Despite the rules within the welcome sheet, the sunbeds were often reserved late at night or at the crack of dawn, with families not using them until 11am onwards. There were not enough sunbeds for those who wanted to use them. I would have been happy with a sunbed and had it on my terrace but that was forbidden. This is something I think the hotel needs to focus on as no one adheres to the rules. It’s every man for themselves! The WiFi was hit and miss but did work, just laggy on occasions. I would consider booking again if it were me travelling alone, if I could be guaranteed the same room or at least one in the 700/800s. Playa Blanca is a nice resort but if you’re wanting something more upmarket for the evening, head to Marina Rubicón where there is a great selection of lovely bar’s restaurants and shops."

"Here’s the fully combined and polished review: We had a wonderful stay at H10 Lanzarote Princess and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lanzarote. One of the highlights of our trip was the Sakura Teppanyaki restaurant. It was a fantastic dining experience with four to five small courses, all freshly cooked in front of you. Every dish was full of flavour, and there was a great variety of options — for the meat course, for example, you could choose between chicken, steak, or duck. It was a real standout experience and definitely worth booking early, especially as it only opens twice a week. We also loved the Italian à la carte restaurant. The pizzas and pasta dishes were excellent, but the prawn salad and veal carpaccio were particularly delicious. The buffet restaurant offered a great selection at both breakfast and dinner. Breakfast included everything from a full English to lighter options such as fruit and cereals, plus an omelette and egg station. Tea, coffee, and juice are self-service, which occasionally caused small queues, but these moved quickly. The cava at breakfast was a lovely extra touch. Dinner at the buffet also had plenty of variety, including fresh meat and fish cooked to order, as well as pre-prepared dishes, salads, and paella. We especially enjoyed the Mexican-themed evening with tasty fajitas, tacos, and nachos. For lunch, the Cactus Bar was excellent, serving fresh baguettes, salads, and fried food cooked to order. The entertainment team were also fantastic — friendly, enthusiastic, and never at all pushy. There was a lovely mix of activities for both adults and children throughout the day. We particularly enjoyed the adults’ “Wine & Art” session, as well as a game similar to shuffleboard. They also offered water aerobics, stretching classes, and plenty of other activities to suit different interests. Although we didn’t personally attend the evening entertainment, there seemed to be a good variety of shows and events available each night. The pool area was lovely, with plenty of sun loungers available. A few additional sunshades would have been helpful, but there were enough if you found a good spot early. There are two large pools plus a children’s pool, with one pool partially indoors and heated. The main pool was spacious and a great depth for both adults and children, although overall I would say the hotel is particularly well suited to families. We also really enjoyed the mini golf, which is free to use. We played most afternoons and had great fun. The gym was small but well equipped. Air conditioning could have been better, but it was comfortable enough in the mornings with the doors and windows open. Unfortunately, we struggled to book a massage because the spa was fully booked, so I would definitely recommend arranging treatments in advance.
