"The hotel was excellent! The lobby is spacious and bright. We were traveling with children, and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They proactively provided toiletries for the kids, including slippers and toothbrushes, and even sent up complimentary fruit, which was a very thoughtful touch. Check-in was super quick. Our room was very clean, and the smart toilet in the bathroom was a great feature. I also really enjoyed the shower with its built-in music – a nice touch! The breakfast selection was good and suited everyone's taste; my child especially loved the pumpkin pancakes. It's a fantastic hotel, and we'll definitely stay here again if we have the chance."
