"I rarely give bad reviews, but this was truly unbearable. The hotel looked old, but considering it was a four-star hotel and not cheap, I figured it wouldn't be too bad. However, my stay was utterly disappointing. 1. The bed was incredibly old; it creaked with the slightest movement. And to top it off, the mattress was hard, and not only that, it was slanted—at least 15 degrees on the right side. 2. I don't know how the ventilation system was designed; the entire room smelled of smoke all night. Honestly, the facilities were like a guesthouse in a rural village. Four-star? Unbelievable!"

I said I wanted the room I booked, and they said someone had booked it for a month. If someone already booked it, why was it still on the first floor?! They changed the bed to a round bed and said it was an upgrade, even though the price was the same. It was originally around 70 yuan, but they quoted over 100 yuan, saying Ctrip made a mistake. Don't they know their own hotel's pricing? They immediately changed the price to over 140 yuan, which is ridiculous! I planned to stay two nights, and after this, who's in a good mood… It was past 12:30 or 1:00 AM, and the young woman was alone with no hot water. She had to call to be moved to another room.
