Starting at 10 PM, a large group of seven or eight guests were drinking and making noise in the first-floor lobby. The inn has only three floors, and the noise could be heard throughout the entire building. At 11:30 PM, the noise intensified. After contacting the inn, the noise on the first floor subsided for five minutes. The noise and clamor continued until 12:30 AM, when a family downstairs returned to their room after drinking and resumed the noise. At 1 AM, the drinking family was constantly moving from room to room, talking loudly and slamming doors, as if they had the entire hotel or floor to themselves. Putting aside the question of the quality of this family drinking and making such noise in the hotel lobby late at night, the world is full of strange things. But as for the hotel, does this "big client" who has booked several rooms have the right to do whatever they want? As for the hotel, you should have stopped the drinking and loud noises in the lobby from 10-11 PM, not 11:30 PM. Even after the guests reported it to you, you ignored it. You heard everything more clearly than we did, but for the sake of your VIP customers, you turned a blind eye. We were affected by your uncivilized VIP customers all night and decisively gave up the idea of staying in the scenic area for a few more days."
