Fantastic location, very close to everything we needed (especially the coach station across the road as we returned to Hong Kong from there). The staff are all lovely and super-helpful, very nice restaurant and loads of other places to eat nearby. The room was plenty large enough for us and nice & clean. Plenty of water, tissues, tea provided every day. Hotel WiFi works well but we mostly used our own SIM cards as they skip over the firewall. We are already looking forward to returning next year!"

Knowing that we like drinking tea, they brewed some wild tea from the boss's private collection for us to try. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay."

Yunfu Xinxing Longshan Hot Spring Hotel
"Longshan Hot Spring Hotel was a delightful surprise. It sits atop its own mountain, which is also the source of the hot spring, offering beautiful surroundings and refreshing air. The staff were exceptionally high-quality, polite, and provided warm, enthusiastic service. They even recommended some great local restaurants in the town. The hot spring water itself was silky smooth, and the hot spring area offered excellent service with plenty of food and drink options. They even had someone to help with swimsuit spin-drying. In fact, the entire town had an incredibly strong service ethic; their hospitality genuinely amazed me, and I took advantage of the free shuttle service multiple times. The Chinese restaurant at Longshan Hot Spring served good food (apart from the lamb, which was impossible to chew…), though prices were a bit higher than the local farm-to-table restaurants outside. The room was spacious and bright, elegantly furnished with traditional Chinese rosewood furniture. A pleasant surprise was the lovely aroma in the room – a refreshing and invigorating scent. The bathroom also had a heated towel rack, ensuring warm towels were always available."

Yunfu Xinxing Sanye Hot Spring Hotel
"They upgraded our room for free when they saw we were traveling with elderly people, and the front desk service was excellent. Every staff member we encountered greeted us proactively. The hot spring pools are cleaned and refilled with fresh water around 9:30 AM. The hot springs are about 41°C, and I particularly enjoyed the red wine and rose pools. The milk bath was a bit too hot for me at 43°C. There are 7 outdoor pools in total. I soaked until 10:30 PM last night and went back for another dip around 9 AM this morning. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety, and I even had a homemade butter honey coffee! It's super close and convenient to Guo'en Temple. They also provide drinks and fruits at the outdoor hot springs, and the red bean paste was quite tasty, as were the pears. Very, very satisfied."

"The room space is relatively large and the living is more comfortable, but the hot spring area and restaurant are far away. It is slightly inconvenient to pick up and drop off by shuttle bus. The hot spring water in the room is good, probably two pools of water can be soaked, the temperature is hot enough."

The indoor hot spring atmosphere was fantastic, with private and comfortable soaking pools where the mineral water nourished my body and mind. The service was warm and attentive throughout, from check-in guidance to responding to my every need. The vegetarian buffet was plentiful, refreshing, and healthy. The package included hot spring access and dining, offering excellent value for money. Combined with the minimalist, Zen-like living environment, it's a highly recommended place for a relaxing vacation!"
