"This was a perfect hotel for us to spend 10 days in Xinxing. Fantastic location, very close to everything we needed (especially the coach station across the road as we returned to Hong Kong from there). The staff are all lovely and super-helpful, very nice restaurant and loads of other places to eat nearby. The room was plenty large enough for us and nice & clean. Plenty of water, tissues, tea provided every day. Hotel WiFi works well but we mostly used our own SIM cards as they skip over the firewall. We are already looking forward to returning next year!"

"The price wasn't really a selling point, but I chose this hotel for a last-minute trip. I was lucky enough to encounter a front desk agent (later I heard her name was A-Qing) who had an excellent service attitude. She made sure our child's toiletries and other needs were well taken care of, which created a fantastic emotional experience. When the kids are happy, we're happy, so a big thumbs up! The hotel's facilities, however, definitely lack smart technology, which is where the price difference might be. Also, I'd suggest the hotel gets some goldfish; it's such a nice place, and I hope our child can feed fish next time we visit."

"The waterfront villa rooms are really convenient, and they even come with a mahjong table, making them perfect for family gatherings or trips with kids. The butler service is also very dedicated, always helping to arrange and solve any issues as quickly as possible. The only downside was that the breakfast buffet was too crowded, with hardly any seats, and some of the station attendants were arrogant and perfunctory."

"Facilities: This hotel boasts classic old five-star amenities. Although it's a bit older, the room facilities are well-maintained and don't feel dated. Hygiene: So-so. My companion found an item left behind by a previous guest in the pocket of the bathrobe in the room... Environment: The natural scenery on the mountain is excellent, with lush greenery and fresh air. You can take a cable car to the mountaintop to explore and see the sea of clouds and sunrise/sunset. We left before sunset. Service: Neither good nor bad. The front desk gave us a tea souvenir bag, which was perfect as a gift. The Xiangwo tea tasted pretty good and is worth trying. Overall, it was a relatively pleasant trip. There weren't many hot spring pools, but it wasn't crowded when we went, so it was quite comfortable, and the kids had a great time."

The price is affordable, the mahjong machine is very new, a bed, a mahjong table, and the seat is comfortable to play all day. If you are tired, you can rest. The room is large enough and has a separate bathroom. It is not used to run back. They had a great time and said they would come next time."

"During the National Day holiday, I accompanied my elders to the Sixth Patriarch Temple to worship Buddha. Our family of five chose a nearby guesthouse, and we were pleasantly surprised to find Pu She. It's a detached house with different room types on different floors. We chose a three-bedroom room on the second floor. Although it's a walk-up building, the stairs aren't high, so it wasn't difficult for the elders. The manager even offered to help us carry our luggage up and gave us a breakfast voucher. The room had two bedrooms and a bathroom; all were quite spacious, clean, and tidy, with all necessary toiletries. It's very conveniently located only about a 15-minute drive from Guo En Temple. Grateful to have had a peaceful night's sleep here 🙏🏻"

The service was warm and attentive throughout, from check-in guidance to responding to my every need. The vegetarian buffet was plentiful, refreshing, and healthy. The package included hot spring access and dining, offering excellent value for money. Combined with the minimalist, Zen-like living environment, it's a highly recommended place for a relaxing vacation!"
