I checked in at the front desk, and the receptionist, Xiao Chen, was very helpful. She proactively upgraded my room, and even though I had a small dog with me, she wasn't bothered at all and greeted me warmly. She even added me on WeChat to recommend local restaurants and attractions. While the room wasn't as new as some newly opened hotels, the facilities were excellent and the room was clean. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel; it's suitable for all types of travelers."

Rooms feature panoramic balconies overlooking the surrounding mountains, offering breathtaking views of misty peaks from the window in the morning – a truly immersive experience. Parking and charging facilities are convenient. The rooftop terrace is a hidden gem for watching the sunrise and sea of clouds. The restaurant uses local mountain ingredients, resulting in simple yet flavorful dishes. The significant temperature difference between day and night in the mountains, coupled with the tranquil environment, makes it an ideal escape from the city for relaxation. The only things to note are the numerous curves on the mountain roads, requiring careful driving at night; and occasional signal fluctuations in some areas. Overall, it remains a top choice for a relaxing vacation in the Ailao Mountain region."
