"It's rare to find such a thoughtful and new hotel in Xingyi! As a new hotel that only opened in 2024, the amenities are truly impeccable: The room setup is heavenly. The most pleasant surprise was the inclusion of a microwave, a capsule coffee machine, a wet bar with a sink, and a hidden cabinet stocked with cutlery. This is incredibly practical for families with children or anyone who likes to whip up a late-night snack. The laundry room + gym connection (19th floor): This deserves a special mention! The washer-dryer combo solves the common travel headache of accumulating dirty laundry. The most thoughtful design feature is that the gym is right next to the laundry room. You can exercise while waiting for your clothes to finish washing, saving so much time. This setup truly understands the needs of frequent travelers. The front office manager, Mr./Ms. Xu, was meticulous and attentive, and the front desk service was very warm and welcoming."

"The overall experience was truly awful. Although it's officially rated as a four-star hotel, the actual experience felt no better than a budget motel. We had to wait 20 minutes for the elevator every day; with so many high-floor rooms, there were simply not enough elevators. The breakfast selection was plentiful, but the quality was very poor. Breakfast was included for two, but our child, being over 140cm, was charged an extra 30 RMB for breakfast on the first day. On the second day, no one in my family was willing to eat the hotel's breakfast. We'd rather go out for a bowl of lamb noodle soup, which cost just over 30 RMB but was infinitely better than the hotel's offering. I will definitely not book this hotel again on my next trip to Xingyi."

"This hotel has one of the best levels of service we have ever experienced. We travel frequently and have visited many countries, but we have never encountered such genuine kindness, care, and hospitality anywhere else. Our room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable. The only minor downside was the sound insulation, which could have been better. However, this was completely overshadowed by the outstanding service, so it hardly mattered. We would especially like to thank the reception staff. They are the reason we will always have such warm memories of China. They helped us choose an excursion, took care of all the arrangements, and even thoughtfully prepared a container of freshly cut watermelon for us to take on our trip. They also helped us rent a scooter, making sure we got the best and most affordable option. They were always willing to help, answer our questions, and do everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. On the day we checked out, they surprised us with two giraffe toys and another container of freshly cut watermelon. On top of that, they offered to drive us to the railway station free of charge. We never even asked—they simply wanted to help. Their kindness, attention to detail, generosity, and genuine care for their guests are truly exceptional. They are wonderful people and true professionals. We sincerely hope their hard work is recognized and rewarded because they absolutely deserve it. The service at this hotel deserves not 5 out of 5, but 10 out of 5. It exceeded every expectation we had. Thank you so much to the entire team for making our stay so warm, comfortable, and unforgettable!"

"Special tie-dye/batik experience package: Really loved it, such an interesting activity. It's at a shop not far from the guesthouse. Japanese-style open-air hot spring bath and private hot spring reservation service: I was really looking forward to the hot springs. The courtyard at night was quiet and cozy, and the fresh scent of star jasmine helped soothe my tired body and mind. Seasonal slow food afternoon tea: Great for photos and delicious too. Environment: This guesthouse exceeded my expectations. It's quiet and relaxing, so much so that my friends all said they wished they could stay longer, and I'd love to bring my child back to play with Tiechui (a dog/pet?). Watching the weather vanes spin in the deserted morning was a joy I'll cherish. Service: Felt just like coming home. The staff (literally 'young ladies') helped me with my luggage. They even gave us a souvenir when we left. Yoga: Teacher Qingyun's yoga session was excellent; she corrected everyone's poses individually. The environment for the practice felt like being completely immersed in the Wanfenglin mountains."

Overall: For this price, I'm very satisfied! Highly recommended."

I had originally booked a room with only two breakfast vouchers, but seeing that I had two children with me, they kindly offered two more. That was very thoughtful and heartwarming. I stayed for two consecutive nights, and after the room was cleaned on the first day, they restocked the shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner, providing nearly 10 bottles in total. The hotel's breakfast noodles were delicious."

The breakfast selection was also quite varied. The staff were very enthusiastic and helpful. Our taxi driver didn't stop in the right spot, and the lady at the front desk helped us communicate with him and even walked us over with an umbrella. We really appreciate it!"
