Before bathing, a staff member would come to clean the pool and explain how to use it, which was very thoughtful. The hotel is located within a railway sanatorium, and the courtyard is very large, with a 1000-meter walking loop. The garden is full of flowers, trees, and shrubs. We visited during the May Day holiday, just in time for the blooming of February orchids. The environment was perfect for a vacation. Even without leaving the hotel, a stroll in the courtyard was very pleasant. There were also two large iron birdcages in the courtyard, housing peacocks and pheasants for viewing. One drawback was that we went to Juehua Island early in the morning, and when we returned at 5 pm, our room had not been cleaned. After calling the front desk, a staff member came to empty the trash can and replenish supplies at our request. However, the two staff members had already finished their shift and were on their way home when they were called back by the front desk, indicating that the hotel had not arranged for cleaning of rooms for extended stays or that a staff member had missed it. This could be improved in the workflow."
