"Service: Yunshuizhan deserves the highest praise. I originally planned to stay for only one day, intending to stay at the 4X Tree B&B in Longtan Ancient Town the next day. I was so impressed by the poor communication that I canceled my reservation. I stayed another night at Yunshuizhan, and my instincts proved correct. Three days before my stay, they proactively called and added me on WeChat to discuss itinerary and check-in details. They also recommended travel tips and recommended high and low tide times for catching the waves. After check-in, they not only helped with my luggage but also explained how to use the hot water system and how to open and close the curtains automatically. They also promptly restocked any needed amenities. Not to mention, they rushed to deliver takeout, which I was truly grateful for. Facilities: There's an elevator, making everything from the third floor down very convenient, making it ideal for those traveling with family. Environment: Clean and tidy. The breathtaking ocean view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is incredible. Waking up to the sun in the morning is so relaxing! The top floor offers a 180-degree panoramic ocean view and a separate lounge area where you can watch a projector or play games. Free use of a washing machine is also available. Overall review: Overall, the service was excellent, from both the night shift staff. The day shift staff were incredibly considerate, offering us warm cups of Fuding white tea. They even gave us snacks before we left, just in case we were hungry on the way home. It was a truly thoughtful gesture. I absolutely give them a full five stars!"
