"The location is good, less than 2 kilometers from the food street and Fangyuan, making it convenient to get a taxi. There aren't many good restaurants downstairs, but you can order takeout, which is delivered to your room by a robot. We specified quietness and parking beforehand, and the receptionist specifically called to discuss our arrival time and reserved a parking space. The room was located near the residential area, so it was relatively quiet. However, there was a construction site next door, and they started working there as early as 8:30 am. When we asked the receptionist, they said they had already asked the construction site to be mindful of their time and not disturb guests. The service was good. The refrigerator in the room was unnecessary; it was too noisy at night, and it took us a while to find out that it was the refrigerator starting up. Unplugging it stopped the noise. There were only two bottles of water, which were unnecessary in this weather. The cleaning service the next day was excellent; the staff replenished our supplies and even brought us a coat hanger, which was very kind of them."

"The breakfast was plentiful, offering a mix of local specialties and Western-style light meals. The guesthouse itself was quiet and private, away from the hustle and bustle, perfect for relaxing. Yet, it was also very convenient for visiting attractions like Sansha and Dongbi Village for sightseeing. The owner was very welcoming and the service was attentive, from helping with luggage to delivering drinks to the room. I especially loved relaxing by the pool, watching the clouds and the sunset – it was incredibly peaceful and calming."

"The afternoon tea service was great 👍 The hotel's environmental protection concept is commendable 👍 I also learned something new 👍 The only downside was the poor sound insulation of the wooden door 🚪 (a major flaw). I booked a sea-view room, but the door faced the stairwell and elevator 🛗. I requested a quieter room, but they demanded I cancel my reservation and pay extra 💰. It was 8-9 pm, and I was exhausted, so further communication was difficult 😓, including with the manager. I decided to give up and put up with the situation. Luckily, Ctrip customer service helped me change rooms 👍🌹 Breakfast was also limited and not very hot. To be honest, the Mediterranean theme might look good for photos, but the public spaces felt cold and gloomy. Having traveled to many countries around the Mediterranean, I found the service warm and welcoming, and the food paradise to be a must-try. Pictures speak louder than words!"

As a couple, we had high standards for accommodation: it had to be aesthetically pleasing, photogenic, comfortable, and have attentive service. This B&B completely exceeded our expectations! Let me start by praising the room! The Liuhuang-Seaview Terrace King Room we booked was absolutely stunning! Opening the terrace door revealed an unbeatable sea view. We were woken up by the sound of the waves in the morning, and watched the sunset from the terrace in the evening – the atmosphere was simply divine. Every shot was a masterpiece, no editing needed! The room's interior design was also incredibly thoughtful, simple yet sophisticated, with exquisite details in every aspect. The bedding was so soft and comfortable; we didn't want to get up. The cleanliness was impeccable – spotless, even the corners were spotless, making us feel incredibly safe and secure. And now, let's talk about the environment! The guesthouse itself is like an art piece built by the sea, incredibly beautiful. Both the public areas and the courtyard are stylishly decorated, making every stroll a photogenic opportunity. The location is also fantastic, super close to the beach, within walking distance, and you can even watch the sunrise in the morning. The surrounding scenery is absolutely stunning, truly living up to its name as a "picture book" of Xiapu! The service is impeccable! From the moment we booked, the owner was incredibly thoughtful, sending detailed check-in instructions and nearby travel guides in advance, and even recommending amazing local seafood restaurants. During our stay, they responded instantly to any requests, their warm and welcoming attitude making us feel like friends, completely approachable and comfortable. The facilities are also excellent. The room appliances are high-quality, the toiletries are great, and there are many thoughtful little details, such as complimentary tea bags, snacks, and even mosquito repellent. They really understand what travelers need! We were so lucky to stay at such a wonderful guesthouse during our trip to Xiapu! We highly recommend this place for couples, friends, or families! I've already added it to my list of must-stay guesthouses, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xiapu!"
