The staff are attentive and friendly, making communication very smooth. The room gets good natural light, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the TV picture quality is clear. The living area is quiet, and the soundproofing is good, so you won't be disturbed at night. The facilities are comprehensive and well-thought-out, with attention to detail. I'll definitely choose to stay here again the next time I'm in Xiamen."

Located high up in the Twin Towers, the room offers unobstructed panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, providing breathtaking views of Xiamen University and Nanputuo Temple. By day, you can admire the mountains and sea, and by night, the glittering city lights – the ambiance is just incredible. The space is expansive and airy with a well-thought-out layout; the living room and bedroom are comfortably separated. The bathroom is fully equipped, and soaking in the bathtub by the window while enjoying the scenery truly highlights the light luxury and quality. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the soundproofing is excellent, completely blocking out any noise for a truly immersive and peaceful experience high above the city."

"First time in Xiamen, and choosing a sea view room at Lujiang Hotel was an excellent decision! Located on Zhongshan Road, the location is superb, close to both the ferry and Bashi Market, making it very convenient to return to the hotel to rest after a tiring day of sightseeing. Although it's a king-size bed, the room is spacious enough and even has a small sofa for relaxing. The TV supports screen mirroring, and the bathroom features a vintage bathtub perfect for soaking away fatigue. The room faces Gulangyu Island directly, offering fantastic photo opportunities. Upon check-in, the front desk offered a cup of Xiamen tea, which was a unique touch. All the staff proactively helped open doors, pressed elevator buttons, and greeted guests. The overall vintage decor gives a sense of comfort and stability. The experience was excellent, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!"

"Yes, I'm wholeheartedly giving this a great review. The lady at the front desk was super nice, she tried her best to help me with whatever I needed, truly an angel! The room was also very tidy, cleaned spotless by the auntie. They even provide disposable toilet seat covers and disposable face/bath towels, which is incredibly thoughtful, guys. The blackout curtains worked perfectly, giving me a wonderful night's sleep. Seriously, just choose this place, you won't regret it!"

"The bed in this hotel is absolutely unbearable, it felt like a thin mattress on a hard wooden board. When I asked the staff, they said all the beds were like this. I really hope Trip.com would properly evaluate hotels before assigning star ratings, as I've never slept on such a terrible bed. It's completely inconsistent with what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. I've stayed in many hotels, and none had a bed like this. On top of that, the hotel facilities are old. There was a constant rumbling sound, like a subway passing by, which I suspect was the air conditioning unit's outdoor compressor vibrating. It wasn't extremely loud, but it felt like it was right next to my ear, and it persisted even after turning off the AC. I barely slept all night. If you have trouble sleeping, do not stay here. This bed is the kind that won't let anyone sleep in; my child woke up before 5 AM! This was the worst experience ever! The rating for this place is definitely too high!"

"Our stay at the Luyue Seaview Hotel on Gulangyu Island was quite enjoyable. Before we even arrived, the hotel sent us detailed directions, and to save us from getting lost, they even recommended some local snacks. The location is superb, just a two to three-minute walk to Gangzaihou Beach and Sunlight Rock. Our room was spotless, with expansive sea views, and the small courtyard was quiet and peaceful. The staff were gentle and patient, always responding promptly to any questions. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time."

The lady at the front desk was a little cool; it would be even better if she were friendlier. We got upgraded!"
