Some of us didn't receive it but they quickly brought them when I called the room service. Luggage storage service was provided. It's 5-star so many services are expected. "My stay at Conrad Xiamen was excellent! First off, the location is fantastic, right in the Twin Towers. It's an easy walk to Shapowei, Xiamen University, the Yanwu Bridge Observation Deck, and even the Baicheng Beach and Botanical Garden aren't too far. Secondly, the service was top-notch. A butler reached out even before I checked in, and throughout my stay, everyone from the front desk to the concierge and breakfast staff provided impeccable service. The mini-bar drinks were complimentary and restocked daily, and they also provided fresh fruit and sweet soup every day, which was a thoughtful touch. Housekeeping was also very good. The breakfast was superb, with many Xiamen specialties like Satay Noodles, Shaobing, Popiah, Mianxian paste, and Peanut Soup – all delicious! The only minor downside is that there's subway construction outside, which caused a bit of traffic, but once it's open, it should be even better. Oh, and the package included tickets to the Cloud Xiamen Observation Deck. It's quite nice if you go in the evening, and for thrill-seekers, you can even try some of the exciting activities there – apparently, it's where the 'Greater Bay Area' brothers used to hang out!"

"Make sure to check your deposit refund yourself!!!! The overall experience during my stay was very good. The hotel facilities and breakfast were top-notch for a 'light luxury' hotel in Xiamen. However, after checking out, I never received the deposit refund. Each time I contacted the hotel (three times within a week), they insisted it had already been refunded and told me to check my bank statement. After repeatedly checking and confirming that I had not received the refund, I called the hotel again to question them. This time, the reply was that it had been refunded that very morning. I found it hard to believe that after more than a week since check-out, the refund happened to be processed on the day I called. I repeatedly asked the hotel to provide proof of refund. Within three minutes of hanging up, I received the refund SMS. After this experience, I'm glad I kept reconfirming the deposit refund. Otherwise, it would have been easy to be misled by the hotel's repeated assurances. I can't be sure if the hotel habitually withholds deposits or if the staff just tend to say whatever to get you off the phone."

"This hotel is really close to Xiamen North Station, and even so, they still offer a shuttle service. The location and surroundings are great, the room was very clean, and the facilities were quite comprehensive. The front desk staff and the shuttle driver were all incredibly nice, proactive, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet didn't have a huge variety, but the quality was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time! 👍"

Meget overkommeligt for 2 voksne og 2 børn (1 King værelse, men ingen ekstraudstyr), men stadig meget behageligt for os.Ren værelse, stor bruser tryk, rummeligt og hyggeligt værelse med faciliteter som slips og kaffe/te. Følte sig opfrisket til vores næste morgenflyvning.De tilbød komplimentær middag på 9.30pm (we didn't take the breakfast option) men we're Muslim therefore we only eat vegetarian options that were not enough. Under check-in blev der tilbudt to gange drikkevarer fra kaffebaren, og vi bestilte varmt og islatte, og det var en fornøjelse. Hotellet er tæt på lufthavnen, men en gåtur (10-15mins) og vi måtte trække alle vores bagage, da XA ikke tilbyder overnatningsbagage gennem.Vi brugte googlekort til at gå - ud af lufthavnen KFC og gå direkte til hotellet. De tilbød van transport tilbage til lufthavnen næste morgen, som vi satte pris på.Service fra frontkontor og middagsrestaurant er usædvanlig, og de prøvede virkelig svært at bo og hjælpe dig.
