"It was a little difficult to find the hotel at first, so I had to ask around for directions. The hotel is located in a shared building with office tenants (search for: Changjiang Securities as per in the first pic), so during peak hours, expect some waiting time for the lifts. The room was exceptionally clean and spotless, and the view was absolutely stunning, overlooking Kulangsu Island. Although the reception staff did not speak English, they were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help with my laundry. I simply dropped it off and collected it the next morning. Thank you for the excellent service and for going the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!"

The next morning, I walked out at 7am and so many restaurants were open."

"It was truly terrible. The bedsheets were damp and yellowish-white, the bedding felt wet and only partially dried, and the bed was full of bedbugs. In reality, the only good thing is the location. I will never stay at this hotel again and I highly recommend that others avoid it too. The night I spent here was absolutely horrible."

Morgenmaden på 34. etage var meget lækker og havde et stort og varieret udvalg. På 4. etage finder man et fitnesscenter, et legerum for børn og et meget praktisk vaskerum med gratis vask og tørring. Nærliggende seværdigheder er let tilgængelige, kun cirka 15-20 minutter derfra. Jeg vil helt sikkert vælge dette sted igen næste gang."

"Having stayed at many boutique hotels, I was truly touched by Swallow's Nest. The butler service here is genuinely attentive and warm – they even deliver breakfast right to your room, and the food is always served hot. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the design is stunning. Plus, with Gulangyu Island directly across, the view is absolutely incredible. If a city with a sea is romantic, then Swallow's Nest is your harbor of romance! Zhongshan Road is just downstairs, and First Wharf is a convenient 1.4 kilometers away, making the location very accessible. It's quiet at night, and even on the higher floors, it's not noisy. Being a newly opened hotel, there's a slight 'new renovation' scent, but it's acceptable. Overall, a superb stay!"

"The hotel is located in Xiamen in a small island near Tong'An district called 丙州 (Bingzhou) a relatively calm and peaceful island which is an ideal place to escape the crowded Xiamen during vacation. The hotel is located in front of the sea so from the hotel, we had an amazing view of the sea. Therefore, I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for an affordable and peaceful stay. Overall the accommodation was clean and really good and the receptionist was really nice and will recommend to visitors nice restaurants but the only thing that I would complain was the marks on the wall (see photo) and also the last day of my stay the USB charge did not work anymore. Also you'll need to plan a DIDI budget because the hotel is far away to everything, but I knew it before even coming to Xiamen so I expected it. But other than that I had a great stay!"

"Great location, just a two-minute walk to Zhenhai Road subway station. We booked a triple family room, and the front desk upgraded us to a quad room with two 1.8-meter beds, which was fantastic! We could even see Gulangyu Island from our room. The breakfast selection was also quite varied. Other than the slightly outdated facilities and environment, everything else was pretty good. It's a hotel with excellent value for money."

"## Review **Facilities:** The hotel's facilities are quite comprehensive. The bathroom in the room has a wet/dry separation. There's also a projector, a large table where you can place a lot of items, and a spacious booth that's perfect for luggage and clothes. **Cleanliness:** Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the cleanliness. For this price point, the cleanliness far exceeded my expectations. There were no hidden dirty spots anywhere; even the pendant lights were spotless. The white bed linens and duvet covers were free of any stains, making for a very comfortable and reassuring sleep. **Environment:** The hotel is located right by a main road, and the beach is just at the end of it, making travel very convenient. It's about a 5-6 minute walk to the subway station. While it's not directly on Zhongshan Road, it's not far, and it's very close to all the attractions. During my stay, getting to all the sights by taxi was very easy and quick. A taxi to Xiamen Station takes only about 15 minutes, and Xiamen North Station is directly accessible via Metro Line 1, which I found very convenient! **Service:** From the moment I walked in, the front desk attendant's service was very pleasant. Check-in was incredibly fast. After adding the concierge on WeChat, I received useful information including check-in instructions, Wi-Fi password, and local guides, which were very helpful and practical. The cleaning staff were also very warm and attentive; they patiently answered all my travel-related questions! I'm very satisfied with this stay at Zhenyue! 👍"

"Great location, right across from the sea! Unfortunately, all the sea-view rooms were booked, so make sure to reserve yours in advance. Also, the hotel is in Shapowei, which means traffic can get pretty bad when you're coming and going, especially with so many tourists. Just something to keep in mind!"

"It seems like I got a room upgrade. The area is very lively, with plenty of restaurants and snack bars—just be sure to pick ones with clearly marked prices. You can walk to Xingfu Road, Huaxin Road, Zhongshan Park, and Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street for sightseeing. The Botanical Garden isn't far either. I was quite surprised to find a room at this price in such a great location. No wonder it's so popular! I'm very satisfied, thank you."
