"This was, by far, the absolute worst hotel experience of my life! I almost lost it that day!!! First off, the newly renovated hotel had a very, very strong formaldehyde smell. The most upsetting part was when my family of three arrived around 10 PM and found we couldn't drive up to the hotel entrance. I called the front desk to ask if there was an underground garage, and they said no. So we had to drag several large suitcases on foot, up a坡道 (ramp). There was clearly a path designed for cars to reach the lobby, but they blocked it off. I don't understand the management's thinking; they clearly don't prioritize guests. After checking in, we were told our room was in another building and we'd have to drive ourselves there. So we once again dragged our luggage, loaded it into the car, drove to the other building, then dragged our luggage out again. With all our bags, we discovered there was no elevator, and our room was on the third floor!!! I immediately called the front desk to request a room in the main building, one accessible by elevator. They said only family suites were available, which would cost extra. So, we again loaded our luggage into the car, drove to the main building, and then walked to the lobby! The front desk never once mentioned that there was no connecting passage between the main building and the annex, nor did they mention the annex had no elevator! This was the most frustrating hotel stay I've ever had. From start to finish, we had to move our luggage 5 times after 10 PM, 5 times!!!"

"The hotel is located in the middle of an uphill road. The first time I encountered such a fully self-service hotel, from my entry to check in to the next day to leave the store, I didn't see a hotel staff or other guests throughout the whole process. At night, there was no one at the front desk, called and asked, told the room number, the door was open, and the key was on the table. The amount of bath water is very small. I left the store the next day and didn't see anyone. Also, the hotel has no network, the mobile phone can't connect, and the TV has no signal."
