"The room decor is quite new, but the mattress was just okay. The location is excellent, which is why I stayed for two nights, extended for another, and booked two more rooms. However, due to a change in plans, when I tried to cancel one room the day before check-in, I faced a lot of resistance and excuses. Ctrip wasn't helpful and didn't handle it well. I even had to go back to the hotel to argue before they processed the refund, which was extremely disappointing! Plus, I found cigarette ash on both the first and twelfth floors. Hygiene: Follow-up was not timely."

Hvorfor informerede hotellet os ikke om, at ID-verifikation var påkrævet i stueetagen? Dette er en alvorlig krænkelse af privatlivets fred. Dette er absolut uacceptabelt! Hotellet har en forpligtelse til at informere os. For det andet fandt jeg snor i de tre friske nudler, jeg spiste i morges. Jeg har allerede rapporteret jeres hotels hygiejneforhold til Markedsovervågningsbureauet! For det tredje havde hotelværelset en forfærdelig kloaklugt! Jeg vil helt sikkert boykotte Royalton og fortælle alle mine venner, at jeg sortlister det! "Choosing Building No. 2 at Donghu Hotel Tingtao for my first trip to Wuhan was definitely the right decision. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with towering trees everywhere and a vast bamboo forest. Donghu Lake is right outside Building No. 2, and seeing the shimmering water every day, along with the fresh scent of plants in the air, made me incredibly happy. The hotel rooms are very clean, and the service is excellent; the electric shuttle in the park is almost always available on demand. You can also book a visit to Chairman Mao's former residence and take a shuttle tour of the grounds. The guest rooms even have robots that deliver takeout very quickly. The only downside was the mediocre breakfast; we only booked it for one day and ate out for the rest of our stay. If I ever go to Wuhan again, I'll definitely stay here."

"This suite can't possibly be 105 square meters, can it? It's a really old hotel, and the pictures are heavily photoshopped to look new, which is a shame 🤷🏻♂️. Breakfast was very mediocre, but I guess that's to be expected for only 60 yuan... The most ridiculous thing was the mineral water. They said they couldn't give me 6 bottles all at once and that it had to be delivered in two separate trips, otherwise it would be charged. But then the second delivery never even arrived..."

The location is absolutely fantastic too; it's super convenient for walking to Li Huangpi Road and Jianghan Road for food and shopping. In the evenings, I could head back to the hotel and enjoy the breeze on the terrace, soaking in the tranquility of the old building. And Wendy, our butler, provided such thoughtful service. Next time I'm in Wuhan, I'm definitely choosing Ba Gong Di again!"

"The cherry blossom season in Wuhan has been really popular lately, so my best friend and I finally got to experience our long-awaited trip to Wuhan. What made us happiest was booking this hotel! They offered an 8-to-1 butler service, which was incredibly thoughtful. We didn't have to wake up early; breakfast could be delivered to our room until 11 AM. They also included a complimentary travel photoshoot. The photographer gave us helpful posing tips. My friend took a while getting ready, and both the butler and photographer were kind enough to adjust our shooting time. Best of all, we got all the original photos – perfect for sharing beautiful shots on social media!"
