"I booked two rooms for three nights, but only stayed two nights because I couldn't stand it anymore. The hotel wouldn't give me a refund for the third night, so I didn't stay there either. It was just too noisy. Every day there were three or four tour buses full of people, who would start chatting and calling out to each other in the hallway before 4 a.m. and wouldn't stop until 8 a.m. when they checked out. The breakfast was also terrible. For 10 yuan per person, all they got were cold steamed buns and pickled vegetables. The only porridge they had was rice porridge and cornmeal porridge. You could eat your fill for three people at a breakfast shop outside for 20 yuan."

"A tired, worn-out hitel which can do better with the upkeep of the place. Leaky bath stalls, moldy ceiling in bathroom are all negatives. Made up for by enthusiastic staff, from front desk, to housekeeping. Kudos to the front desk for being so helpful a number of times. They are excellent! We had our meals at the hotel restaurant both for breakfast and lunch. Spread for breakfast was very good, they changed the dishes a bit daily. Lunch/dinner was good as well."
