"Overall, while the location and cleanliness are good, poor service, maintenance neglect, and unfair treatment made our stay disappointing. The staff were very unhelpful and dismissive with maintenance issues. The shower head holder was broken and never fixed, and on our last morning the A/C stopped working with no resolution and follow-up. Our room faced the inner courtyard and the window couldn’t be opened, making it uncomfortably warm which we had to leave the door open until checkout. We also experienced discriminatory behavior: when we requested a higher floor at check-in, we were told it was unavailable, yet a Caucasian traveler who checked in afterward received the same request."

"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Altus Wrocław. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the design is absolutely beautiful — luxurious, elegant, and truly “wow” from the moment you walk in. The interior details are impressive and give a very high-end feeling. The staff were friendly, warm, and very helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even more pleasant. All of the amenities feel premium and well-maintained. The room itself was fantastic — stylish, comfortable, and very well equipped. Another big advantage is the location. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, making it very easy to travel around the city. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Wrocław!"

"Staff were wonderful and rooms very clean. One of my main reasons for booking this hotel though was the advertised pool which I hoped to enjoy after work. This was not to be as its a baby training pool in the evenings. Also unfortunately no restaurant services available at this hotel either. If you are looking for a quiet hotel where you only need the room then this is ideal"

"Absolutely disappointing – never again! We arrived at the hotel around 11:20 p.m. because we were stuck in traffic. Despite having a valid reservation and sufficient cash in euros, we were refused check-in because the hotel only accepted zloty – without offering us any alternative. In an EU country, it should be a given that they at least accept euros or find a solution. Instead, we were coldly sent away with the message that we only had until midnight to exchange money somewhere – which was simply impossible at that time of day. We stood there desperately, almost sleeping in the car, until we found another hotel that accepted our euro payment. Yet this hotel is now demanding the full amount from us, even though we couldn't stay overnight because they refused to accept our money. Service: Disastrous. Customer service: Nonexistent. Never again from this hotel – absolutely not recommended!"

"Dette er et fantastisk sted for dem, der værdsætter design, komfort og beliggenhed. Jeg boede i Penthouse-lejligheden på øverste etage. Alt duftede frisk, og faciliteterne var af høj standard, inklusive en kaffemaskine, bløde håndklæder, en behagelig seng og store vinduer med udsigt over Oder-floden. Beliggenheden er en kæmpe fordel: kun få skridt fra promenaderne langs floden, og markedspladsen ligger en kort gåtur væk. Det er det perfekte sted at nyde byens atmosfære, mens man også slapper af i rolige, elegante omgivelser væk fra den typiske hoteltravlhed. Betjeningen var hurtig og høflig, og man følte, at ens komfort virkelig var imødekommet. Det er en god base for både en storbyferie og en romantisk weekend. Jeg ville med glæde vende tilbage!"

Travelers dragging their luggage can feel at ease and the fatigue of the journey disappears instantly. The surrounding facilities are also very complete, with restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores. Popular attractions can be reached on foot, making it very convenient for travel. When you enter the hotel, the front desk service is enthusiastic, the procedures are efficient, and the facilities and services are introduced attentively, allowing people to quickly familiarize themselves with the environment. The guest rooms are simple and stylish, with a reasonable layout, comfortable beds, and clean bedding, so you can have a good sleep every night. The room is fully equipped with smart TVs and high-speed Internet, clean bathrooms, and easy-to-use toiletries."
