"We visited Premier inn for breakfast today & what a lovely team! The food was cooked perfectly, all of the staff were very attentive & friendly especially one of the young members Hazel, during our time there I did not see her stop working, constantly checking on tables, cleaning tables and keeping foods ect well stocked. The staff are a real credit to the company. The premises was also kept to a high cleanliness standard. This is the best Premier inns that we have visited."

"Great room and a very spacious bathroom and shower, with all the amenities needed for an overnight stay. We weren't supppsed to book in until 3, but we were early and the manager thankfully let us leave our case, which she took up to our room later, letting us go off and explore the christmas market earlier than expected. The bed was really comfortable and the shower fantastic. It was spotlessly clean and really modern decorated, which we love. Overall it was, great value, just a quick 5 minute walk into the city centre, and highly recommended. "

"What a lovely place to spend a few days! We were in the Annex self catering accommodation, which is beautifully presented, clean and friendly. Gigi couldn't have done more to make us feel at home. The location is a short ride to the Malvern Hills which are so beautiful. The garden is absolutely stunning too - as well as being peaceful, quiet and relaxing. We look forward to our next stay! "We stayed here for 4 nights, staff very friendly and so helpful, easy check in, clean room, good nights sleep. Only thing is they do seem to be running on a small amount of staff, which sometimes mean nobody is on reception. We would still recommend this hotel."

"There are 5 quaint rooms situated above Feds cafe with their own private access and parking at the rear. Each room is thoughtfully designed to an extremely high standard. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. They are advertised as boutique rooms, which they certainly are. We had hired the cafe for a function and all 5 rooms for some family attendees. Cafe and function food was also outstanding. All of the staff were most helpful from first enquiry, right through event and until we checked out. Nothing was too much trouble. I can certainly highly recommend the hire of the cafe for a function and the rooms above for any stay in Worcester. My experience was superb. Massive thank you to Annika, Nicky and all the staff. Well done and we wish you continued success."
