"Hotellet er godt vedligeholdt og front desk personale er venligt.Der er imidlertid ingen håndklæder i vores værelse, så vi ringede til front desk og fik at vide, at nogen ville overføre dem, som de til sidst gjorde efter mere end 30 minutter. Mens jeg ventede, mistede min kone tålmodighed og gik ned ad trappen for at hente nogle håndklæder.Jeg fandt det forvirrende, at et hotel ikke ville sætte tårne i et gæsteværelse og efterlade det til kunderne at handle. Buffet morgenmad var meget smuk, havde masser af sort"
