I have had the pleasure of conversing, with mainly Zoe, in both the reception and catering team. And I wholeheartedly can state that there friendly and professional manner, has made it an absolute pleasure to stay at the afore mentioned location. Some may say “ That it composes there everyday requirements”. However, I would beg to differ. As a regular traveller on business. I have fortunately, experienced what can only be classed as “ below par” standard of customer delivery service. In various establishments. As a gentleman, I would never complain. And thus, I feel it imperative to enlighten establishments, companies, when indeed excellent client delivery is delivered on a continued basis. Zoe really does envisage what client delivery service should comprise of. Meeting and exceeding, the clients request ls when at all possible. Service delivery, with a continued smile and friendly manner, throughout there working day capacity. The three wonderful ladies afore mentioned. Deliver this everyday, and strive to a “ Nothing is too much attitude” approach. They are an absolute credit to your organisation.
