"A comfortable room booked and paid and finally received the budget room. No answer by email that I want to pay the difference. No coffee/tea facilities in the room, no refrigerator. In fact, more a B&B than the hotel. Breakfast is good. The swimming pool is cold and limited open. Sauna you have to book and pay extra. The use of bath jackets also pay extra. "Our stay at the hotel Astenturm did not meet our expectations. Two days before arrival we received a message that check-in at the Dorint Hotel in Winterberg was made. Hotel is about 4 km from the Astenturm. At the arrival at the Astenturm there was no staff member who was powerful in the German language. On the question of the park card it was just called it to stop. The way to the room was described only with rooms there. Room was not cleaned every day so there were no fresh towels. Furthermore, the ties of the predecessor were still in the bathroom waste shop. Reclamation at the reception was not understood due to lack of German knowledge. I called it colleagues. Today's departure day there was no breakfast as it's rest day. Therefore, we saved the lacking breakfast. On the other days, breakfast was a conception. 2 years ago we were enthusiastic with hotel and breakfast. The choice of the so-called breakfast buffet corresponded to a 1 star hotel. For the missed breakfast we ask for a refund of €18"
