La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hartford - Bradley Airport
8,0 (103 anmeldelse)

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hartford - Bradley Airport ★★

📍 64 Ella Grasso Turnpike, Windsor Locks

"I am very disappointed in the doing business with La Quinta. I am traveling with my granddaughter who became very ill with a virus and had to cancel my reservation. I was notified by trip.com to provide medical proof. I provided the doctor's note and received another email requesting additional medical notes, etc. My daughter the mother of my grandchild states she is not providing them with all her personal information and medical notes should be sufficient. I do not have any control of my granddaughter getting a virus which caused her to have diarrhea/vomiting/and headaches. I find it very unfair La Quinta is unwilling to give me a refund. this is Definity bad customer service. I will never make any further reservations with La Quinta/My trip .com."

📍 1 Bradley International Airport, Windsor Locks

"In order to catch an early flight, I chose to stay in a hotel near the airport. I thought the noise from the plane would be loud, but it was surprisingly quiet. The room was large and clean. The key point is that it is very close to the airport. To be more precise, it is located inside the airport. It takes less than 1 minute to walk to the terminal. It is very convenient."

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hartford - Bradley Airport ★★
"The environment is very good, very quiet place, although it is very close to the airport, but the stay does not feel the noise of the airport, praise! The surrounding facilities are also relatively complete, and the side is fried**. The only regret is that the Wi-Fi speed is slow, looking forward to improvement"
