"Arrived without a booking and was able to get a family room. First room they gave us was not made up. Second room they gave us was dirty gooey stuff on wardrobe, splashes up the walls and around the light switch .No coffee or tea. Housekeeping came and said, they had lots of parties. He said he would report it. Cleaned the marks stocked the coffee and left. For the price of the hotel, this is not what we expected. Our friends room was also a family room and not made up . He had to go down to reception 2 imes over various issues. I can't recommend this hotel and I would suggest you cook elsewhere. I gave it 3 stars because the view was ok and there's free parking. We also got a little welcome gift of cards and some dice which was a nice touch."

I've never experienced anything like it, and it gives the impression that they're trying to squeeze every last penny out of their guests. Cleanliness and breakfast were excellent. "For a room over €200 per night and rated 4 star, we expected the bathroom to have at least more than just a 3in1 shower gel. Wi-Fi did not work too until issue was brought up to reception, which only an additional set up instruction was given. Pillow was typical cheap with no support kinda German pillow. Unfortunately, we were allocated a room with adjoining balcony whereby cigarette smoke entered the room. Breakfast was good but staff were clearly not well trained. We like the complimentary waffles provided during our stay, but only when we step into restaurant and the staff asked if we’d like some. During check in, this info was communicated to the guest before us but not too us. Very inconsistent."

"We stayed at this hotel for a weekend with a group of friends and our dogs. Upon arrival, there was a water and food bowl, including wet food and treats, waiting for the dogs. There was also a dog mat, which was great! The room itself is large, including a small kitchenette and a refrigerator, which is very nice! The bathroom is good with a nice shower. The beds are a bit firm in my opinion. Breakfast was also excellent. Plenty of variety."
