"Just had a two night stay, was a bit dissatisfied as the room was not as nice as it looked on the photos, it was clean and Larraine was very welcoming, but it was very tired , and a little time and money could make it better, the bed was very soft and the pillows were not very good. The breakfast was continental but you had to eat in your room, don’t think the food is checked very often as we want some toast but the butter was black inside and the cereal was stuck and took some getting out of the container, a cooked breakfast would have been a nice option as just down the road we found out for the money we paid at Manor , at Arundle Hotel for £6 each more we could have had a better stay."

"20. oktober: Jeg efterlod en gennemgang på Google, og fordi det var så godt, vil jeg også efterlade en her.Så snart vi gik gennem døren, min partner, og jeg vidste, vi fandt det rigtige sted. Grosmont-byen, selv om den er lille i stand, er enorm i karakter.En ting er sikkert, de elsker deres damptog på den måde, og jeg tror, det er hjem til den berømte flyvende skotsk. Der er masser af gåture til rådighed, det er en skam, vi ikke fik mange til at gøre, men det giver en stor grund til at gå tilbage. Hvad angår B & B selv, har det fantastisk indre det øjeblik, du går gennem døren, og du kan ikke hjælpe, men bemærke, hvor varmt og inviterer stedet virkelig er. For at bringe det ud blev vi hilset af den smukke Selma, vært for dette charmerende hus, der byder dig velkommen med varmt smil, så snart du er inde. Min partner og jeg lejede et lille værelse i 3 nætter tgat blev kaldt High Burrows og det havde alt, hvad vi havde brug for for at gøre vores ophold komfortabelt. Hvis du nogensinde havde brug for noget, ville Selma altid være på hånden med et smil og ville ikke tøve med at hjælpe med, hvad du havde brug for. Jeg siger, vi kommer tilbage til gåaften, men sandheden er, at jeg bare ville gå tilbage, så jeg kunne få flere af de svampe på morgenmaden.Kan ikke vente på at gå igen, Jonny & Yvonne."
